Chrissy was very responsive and Gary came out for quote in a couple of days.  I was fortunate that a crew was finishing up in my area and were able to come same day In afternoon.  They installed pressure regulator and moved a hose bib that we have wanted moved for some time.  Very professiona.

Highly recommend Price Busters Plumbing. I have used their services for sewer repair and replacement of a water heater. Always punctual, willing to explain all options and best price compared to competition. Most importantly, Alex and his crew guarantee their work even when it's finished. We are in the process of selling our house. Alex had fixed a sewer issue for us in spring of 2019. Fast forward a year and during an inspection, an issue with the connection to the city main was identified. Alex sent out a crew to verify that it was indeed responsibility of the city which was confirmed. His help in this process has made us a customer for life.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I have called them twice, and they have been extremely helpful, and very customer service oriented. Their service is prompt, and they didn't even charge me for the most recent visit, as it was a VERY simple fix. I will definitely call them in the future!

We were in the middle of a remodel when we discovered our water shutoff valve wasn't working.

We called Jafco and they were able to send someone out to take a look that same day. Daniel was great to work with - he quickly troubleshot an issue with our shutoff valve's installation and got us fixed up in no time. Price charged was totally fair. I'd highly recommend Daniel and Jafco to other folks for their projects.

Five stars on service - Quick response time (they came in 30 minutes from calling, whereas other plumbers gave me an appointment after a week! - which doesn't help when you have an emergency kitchen drain clog). Very courteous and professional service! They knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Very happy with the work and results. Only downside is the cost - it cost me $425 for a 15 minute job to unclog my drain. That seems pretty pricey. Perhaps I am in the wrong profession and should take on plumbing :-)

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

I was in a jam.  I had just replaced a water heater, and I must have put some stress on my copper supply lines because I sprung a leak!  Steve came out to my house on a Sunday and he had the parts and the tools needed to do the job right.

He got the work done in a half-hour and charged me only $400 in labor.  While that is more than I was planning on spending, I'm really glad he was there to do the work.

I would absolutely call Done Right again if I was in a similar pinch.

We had to deal with a plumbing emergency a month ago. Thomas was one of the first plumbers to call us back. He worked with our schedule to fix the issue. Great communication, final price matched initial estimate. We will definitely work with him again!

This place is great! I called for service on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately given a time for service on Wednesday morning! They called me before they came out and showed up right on time. The job was a difficult one, since the faucets were thirty years old and difficult to remove. They did an excellent job of removing the old fixtures and quickly installing the new ones. I also had them replace the garbage disposal. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

There is nothing worse then when your water heater breaks in the middle of the work week. We got a new water header installed and everything went very smooth. Brady was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

We got a crazy high quote (after paying the trip charge) on a Saturday from another company for installing a gas cooktop.  I declined and sent quotes out to several companies on Yelp.  Luke replied quickly with a fair quote and was able to come by later that day to do the installation.  Very nice, very professional and now we have our range working!  Definitely planning on using him again for our plumbing needs!

I am really impressed by Hristo and his crew. They did a very complex job - several separate jobs actually - repairing a poorly done irrigation pipeline install, digging a new hole and then installing a water flow meter. It was not something usually done, and ABV plumbing came for 3 separate appointments and got it all working. What I am really impressed by is the attention to detail and the passion for their work. Well done!

Professional level service from scheduling to job completion.  I had a small leak in my natural gas line that Eric was able to repair quickly.  Very easy process with friendly service, I won't hesitate to call for future plumbing needs.

Emergency plumber taking advantage of you in a dire situation. Won't give an hourly rate over phone says tech will quote you when they get there. After waiting 24 hours for tech to arrive, and water has been shut off during that time to prevent flooding in my basement, he quotes me $600. I can refuse and continue with no water for another 24 hours trying to find a reasonable plumber, but of course we need the water now; and they know that.
So I paid over $600 for a plumber for less than an hour of work.
This is a scam, don't use ALLY.

Our house apparently had a bunch of issues we were lucky enough to avoid confronting for the first several years living in it, but the heavy December and early January rainstorms changed that. Christmas week, a major rainstorm flooded my basement. I called Shane and he responded within a few minutes, and was there within the hour. He got to work quickly diagnosing the problem (a poorly placed, low quality pipe) -- all in the dark, with rain coming down that soon turned to snow. He was friendly and accommodating, and even helped my parents pull out of a ditch their car had slid into when it started snowing. Despite it being a holiday week, he and his team were back within a few days to fix the problem.

Much to our dismay, our basement flooded again the following week. This time, water was coming from a different source. I called Shane late at night (well past a polite time) and he again was friendly and receptive. He came right out and confirmed that there was a different issue causing this flood (having to do with the slope of the ground). Again, he and his team were back at our house within a few days.

When the third massive rainstorm of the month hit, we were spared thanks to the good work Shane and his team did. My sister, on the other hand, wasn't. Her basement flooded this time, and I referred her to Shane. She had a similar experience: he responded and showed up immediately, fixed the plumbing malfunction, and was a pleasure to work with.

Ouch, ouch and more ouch!  Yes, they snaked the drain but to a tune of 350.00 later!

Refused to give any idea of price after waiting on phone for 15 minutes to talk to agent and then sending pictures per their request. This was a small job and they refused ballpark pricing. They offered to send a tech for $59 to give me a price. I went elsewhere.

They were the only plumbing service I could find that would come promptly to unclog an underground drain on a rainy dark Autumn evening. On a second occasion they were the only outfit I could find that had a Jetter - a machine to unclog underground storm drains. That fixed the problem.
