Best Electric Water Heater Repa… in Seattle WA

I had a leaky outdoor faucet and this company was great to work with from start to finish. Great communication & work. Super friendly and professional! I'll call them again in the future for any other plumbing needs.

This company is just A+ at everything.  It just great plumbing work - that would be expected - but they are super responsive, super communicative, super fast (like on site next day), and super courteous.

Two proof points:
1. Plumbing is something most people never see because it's obviously behind walls, underground, etc., so it would be easy to do a half-assed job and who would know? Unless something doesn't work, there's a lot of wiggle room between a so-so job and A+. So when they tell me the job is going to take a couple hours longer because while they did the work, it wasn't as perfect as they wanted it to be so they're going to re-do it, that shows real integrity.
2. They left a small part of the job site trudged up from their crane. I sent pics and a text and next day they came out and filled the soil, laid topsoil, and seeded it. Talk about making good with no objections.

Contacted me quickly when a quote was requested regarding a hot water heater replacement.  Arrived on-time and the installation was completed that same day.  Definitely recommend.

I had two toilets that were running and they both needed to be replaced. From the first call all the way through getting the work completed, Jafco was really great to work with. Everyone was super friendly and patient with explaining the details. The pricing was reasonable, the service was fast and the results were better than expected. They even reinstalled my bidets on the new toilets which was really nice. I'll be calling them up when I'm ready to replace my water heater and any other plumbing needs. Thank you David!!!

Top Guns' quote for just opening up the wall to inspect for a leak was what another plumber quoted for the ENTIRE REPAIR! The full quote for the wall leak repair was 300% of the second quote!!! I didn't use Top Gun. The pricing was just too escalated.

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

I never leave reviews but the service I recieved from Done Right Plumbing was so good I feel compelled to tell others. They recently did some sewer line repair for us and a few years prior replaced or pipes throughout our house. I had many questions, concerns and fears of being taken advantage of as someone who didn't know alot about plumbing and it was an expensive repair.  Steve was incredibly patient and walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The work they did was of excellent quality and was done quickly. I would definitely recommend them as a company that knows their stuff and cares about their customers.

Called Monday morning first thing and he worked with my schedule to come out the same day and fix my water heater, very professional and respectful. Next time I have an issue this will be my first phone call!

Our Bradford White water heater went bust in the evening after dinnertime, and Chris picked up our call and came to our place the very next morning. So glad he picked up the call so late after regular business hours because the water heater was leaking and we were afraid of water damage because it's on the 2nd floor of our place. They came right on time and did the work quickly and were friendly and professional. They replaced our water heater with a Rheem brand heater, which looks eco-friendly. They hauled away the old heater (at no extra charge), and our heat and hot water are working great now. Would definitely recommend these guys! Also, luckily, there was no water damage from the old heater leak!

Very good service and a competitive price overall. Brady took the time to explain the problem I was having with my current water heater (12 yrs old) that was giving off a sulphur smell. Brady gave me some tips on how I might try to repair my existing water heater. In the end, I called Brady back and had a new hot water heater installed yesterday. The plumber showed up as scheduled and was very professional... he explained the warranty and the extended service plan. The extended service plan is a great deal if you are looking for no worries for six years (no charge for parts/labor/trip charge). They also took the old hot water heater away at no additional charge. Definitely a company I would recommend!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Luke responded  to my call in person and assured me he could replace my broken natural gas water heater sometime that same  day . True to his word , he kept me aware of his schedule and did the work very efficiently!that day, and I had hot water again by that evening. I did some comparison shopping, and Luke was very reasonable with his price to me. I recommend him.

Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks.

The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone.

The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price.

Brian is a great plumber and I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks so much, Brian!

I have used ABV plumbing for two different services and both times Hristo was on time, provided pricing ahead of time (no surprises), did great work, cleaned up afterwards, explained things to me, and even wore shoe covers so he didn't track dirt inside! Very happy with his services.

Nick did a wonderful job. He helped me redo a thermostat wiring that was done completely wrong and he diagnosed it and laid it all out very smartly and decisively. I had every confidence that he knew what he was doing. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

Shane is the utmost professional and takes great pride in his work and making sure his customers get what they need. He's extremely reasonable, honest, transparent in his though process, flexible, organized, and detailed-oriented. He involves his customers in the process (as much as needed) to make sure everyone is on the same page. He helped us get out of a real bind and I give my strongest recommendation. I'll be calling him up when I need plumbing work in the future.

Josh. M was very professional and helpful. He arrived on time, determined the problem right away and repaired quickly.

I called about a toilet leak in a condo I currently rent. He got on a phone call multiple times with the condo owner who lives out of town to explain the problem and discuss all the different options to resolve. I really appreciated his patience with this process.

Only downside was service seemed expensive.

We had a pipe spring a leak on a Saturday night so we turned the water off to the entire house.  Called first thing Sunday morning and Hunt's Services replied promptly and were out in about an hour to an hour and a half.  Alfredo was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the pipe to our complete satisfaction!  Of course it did cost us a bit more since it was a weekend and fell under emergency service, but we were told upfront what the upcharge was and decided it was worth it to us to get our water back on to our home.  Would definately recommend and we will be calling again the next time we need a plumber.  Thank you!

Despite the high quality work and the pleasant and licensed personnel, their Service Manager is interested in nothing but the bottom line.  He was argumentive with me from the first word he spoke.  I am a senior and I was offended by his cavalier attitude.  I was willing to pay for what I thought was the best.  Not now!  Poor customer communications DO effect the bottom line.  This is one way that happens!   There will be many more seniors with plenty of disposable money and this company is already behind the curve.  No future for them here.
