Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Good- quick availability, fast work, problem resolved
Bad - quality of finished work/product, lack of transparency

Summary - if your problem requires replacing your toilet, I would recommend you to go to the store to ensure what is purchased meets your needs.

We had Michael's come in to look at a plumbing issue. The person who came to fix the problem suggested that we replace the entire toilet. I had specifically told them that I want the same kind of toilet before he went to the store to purchase. After the work was done, I found that the one installed did not match the base size, seat cover, handles. I was told that what he got was the only kind available. However, this weekend when my husband went to Lowe's (which is the closest place to us), he found the exact one like ours.

Considering I spent close to $600
(which includes about $100 including taxes to get rid of the old toilet), I am not super happy about how the new toilet looks. I don't like the plastic seat and cover and guess that can be replaced but that's for another day. There was no transparency about the options for the new toilet or the breakdown of the cost (how much was spent on the parts vs labor) and there wasn't much choice i had when I saw the new one after it was all installed.

Leon was fantastic to work with. Responsive, fast working, incredibly friendly. Great for small jobs - he replaced a bathroom vanity and put new caulk around our tub. I hesitate to tell how great he is, as I worry it will make him too busy! Good Covid awareness, wore a mask the whole time.

Hired fixer, at a high hourly rate, to fix a plumbing problem at my airbnb in Seattle.  Fixer was an hour late outside the scheduled window.   After being told issue fixed, renter reports same problem 24 hours later.  They promptly sent out another tech, who reported problem fixed.  Within 10 days, another renter reported the same issue - for the third time.

They told me they would have to charge me for a repeat visit.  They suggested charging me 2/3 of the bill because they had diagnosed and 'fixed' 2 of 3 toilet issues.  No help to me, as now I have hire a plumber and am 2 weeks and 3 service calls into a problem that should have been fixed the first time around.

Only reason it's not 1 star is because customer service is responsive and attempts to be helpful.  But, their inability to resolve a plumbing issue after multiple calls is a waste of my time.

Tried reaching out for a quote about my leaking kitchen sink and Jessica helped me diagnose and fix the leak myself within minutes (turns out the ring around the spray faucet just needed to be tightened), without requiring a visit or any fees! She was friendly and helpful and didn't try to get me to pay for something unnecessary.

Recommend reaching out to them when you have any issues.

Ever wonder why Seatown can have so many ads on TV and offer signing bonuses and cruises to new employees?  It's because they overcharge for their work!

I had Seatown come out to check on a plugged drain.  Took me just under two weeks to get someone to come out and then they didn't send the right person.  But, the first guy DID install a new garbage disposal ... total bill?  Over $2,000.  You got that right ... OVER $2,000.  For a bloody disposal!  I asked to have someone call (left several messages) to explain why it was so expensive - all I got were crickets.  

Don't be fooled - these guys are crooks and don't give a tinker's damn about helping people - especially retired people ... they just want their money.

Called them up for an estimate for my in-laws house due to a water main leak. They came to give a quote very quickly before I arrived. They quoted to locate and repair the leak at the point of possible break, that was $6500-$7000. Then gave another quote for $19k for water main replacement from meter to house. This was to my in-laws before I arrived. I arrived after their quote to my in-laws and the look on their face was like oh shit. I then asked about the situation and estimate. They gave me the same spiel. Then tell me they forgot to add the senior citizen discount which would be $20k to replace the main. I then told them thank you and we will get in touch after I get two more quotes because I wanted to see my options.
Long story short I ended up using a commercial piping company that charged $4600 to do the job.
They came ready to give an estimate. Pin pointed area of leak with a tool and was ready to work the next day.
Southwest may have been a high quote due to my situation. Thank you Southwest. I have to say, you guys are more honest than Beacon plumbing.

I had a bad valve on my water heater, and it was leaking. I called and they came and charged me a large fee for the repair, but I was stuck, and they charge you to come out so I proceeded. At completion they offered 10% off if I joined the monthly service that would include regular furnace inspections, review the sewer, electrical safety inspection and water heater flush seemed reasonable. Since then, I have paid $164 for nothing. I did have a guy come out for an electrical safety inspection and all he did was try and sell me something. So my $50 dollar discount cost me $164.00. I moved and cancelled it but they made sure to collect the money before they cancelled it.

Josh and Grant arrived on time, communicated clearly and were very thorough in identifying the problem.  I would definitely call them again.

Dean did a great job. Estimate before to let me know. Friendly and dud his job. He was a pleasure to work with.

They replaced my tub and did a decent job. The drain plug stopped working so I called to have someone come out. They scheduled me for a morning appointment, I stayed home from work to meet someone. About 20 min after my appointment was scheduled, I called to see where they were. They informed me that they won't come out to my area just to check the plug..? Could you tell me that BEFORE I take the time off work? Like when you schedule said appointment..? Very annoyed. They said they would call if they have any work in my area.. We'll see if that ever happens..
