Best Bathtub in Seattle WA

Sometimes when people go to my house they do an, lol. But to my face, and don't even try and hide it when they see this.

I highly recommend Schuerman Plumbing!  I am not one who writes a lot of reviews, but this was such a positive experience that I feel compelled to do so, especially since I relied heavily on other people's reviews when looking for a plumber.  We realized we had a pipe leak on Jan 1 evening, a Saturday.  Called multiple places.   Due to some luck, Mark Schuerman was able to fit us in on Sunday for which I am so grateful.  He even showed up 30 minutes early!  He had to dig to find the leak underground in cold weather, so it was not an easy job.  Even with the weekend surcharge, the repair cost was much more reasonable than what other people were telling me to expect from other plumbing companies.  He was mindful of the cost with the weekend surcharge and gave us the option of delaying the fix for the low water pressure until another time or fixing it then.  We chose to have him fix it then and it was a lot quicker than he estimated.  He was also especially considerate in masking up when he saw that we had young guests in the open garage which he had to enter to check on the house water valve.  I can't say enough good things about our experience with him!  If we need a plumber again, he will be our first choice!  I found him to be trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable.

It was easy to set up an appointment: they have someone answering the phone instead of making you leave a message.

He came over to install a p-trap under the kitchen sink. The space was tight in there, but he figured out a way to connect all the pieces without taking too much apart, and without cutting open more of the cabinet. He was very friendly and professional too. Recommended if you're in West Seattle!

Great best response I am able to correct the problem quickly. They were not cheap and the quote for additional services was very high.  I certainly recommend them in an emergency

Deep and James were awesome - friendly, professional, thorough. They did a great job installing our tankless water heater and removing some old stuff, and it was a pleasure working with them. I'd unhesitatingly recommend them for any plumbing job.

We had Erik replaced all the toilets in our house with those we bought. Came out promptly, finish up quickly, and made sure to clean up after. Thanks!

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

Chrissy was very responsive and Gary came out for quote in a couple of days.  I was fortunate that a crew was finishing up in my area and were able to come same day In afternoon.  They installed pressure regulator and moved a hose bib that we have wanted moved for some time.  Very professiona.

My wife and I have used Joe's twice: once for a clogged toileted and another for a jammed sink. They were really communicative during the process and left us with some helpful tips on how to prevent some of the drainage issues. Would highly recommend!

The owner Aaron was incredibly responsive to my feedback. He provided a lot of helpful information and insisted on providing a refund. Aaron's professionalism and customer service is excellent, and the main reason I would use Blake again.

I would also like to add that Aaron did do all that he could to come out to our house during terrible weather when others couldn't.

Never had to call a plumber before so I was unsure where to start.  I called Top Gun Plumbing and they came out within 24 hours and replaced a busted water pipe.  Jay was responsive and professional.  Price was fair and less than I anticipated.  Will know who to call next time!

Two for two with Wezees.  

First one going back, circa 2011, I called Wezees when my terlet stopped working and bathtub stopped draining.  Clogged sewer pipe.  Wezee (or her associate) diagnosed my problem on the phone, quoted me a price and Zach came out a couple of hours later and fixed it.

My house is 100 years old - so I gathered I was on bought time even with the 2011 intervention.  Jan 2015, same issue, more serious diagnoses - cracked and displaced pipe - Wezee's came out and fixed it next day for a very reasonable price.  Before I called Wezee's I called another company much to my detriment.

We recently bought a home and noticed that the bath water in the upstairs master bath was slightly discolored, so we reached out to Otter Plumbing to see if they could pinpoint the issue. Working with Shane, he was able to diagnosis the problem pretty much over the phone with the help of some pictures of the water. His knowledge of the issue was spot on, the water heater, which was confirmed when Otter was able to come over the next day for a service call. They were very professional and arrived right on time for our agreed appointment. They confirmed the water heater was the issue and were able to quote us a very reasonable rate for a replacement compared to other companies we had looked at. The installation process was quick and the company did a fantastic job in verifying that the new water heater fixed the issue, and that we were satisfied with the quality of work. They cleaned up the area, better than when they started the job, and made sure all the old equipment was removed. All in all, we would defiantly use Shane and his team at Otter Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others.

Leon is a busy man and for good reason: he's great at what he does and he commits solid time and effort to his work. With so many people looking to renovate these days, I wasn't surprised to hear his phone ringing around the clock. What did surprise me was the undivided attention he gave to our project. As he was putting up our new window shades, I asked if he needed to take the calls. His reply was If I'm on a job, I focus on my work but I always get back to people in between when I can. His positive, can-do attitude was refreshing. Leon was initially unsure how to install one of the SmartFit shades, but he kept his head in the game, researched the issue, and found a solution in no time. Lastly, Leon's customer service is above par. He communicated every step of the way, especially when questions came up. He made sure our needs were met from beginning to end, even asking if we wanted him to remove the shipping boxes for the shades. If you're looking for a trustworthy handyman who treats you with professionalism and stands by his work, Leon's your guy.

We had a great experience working with Done Right plumbing. We would highly recommend them. There work was reasonable in cost and very professional and timely. I will use them again for my plumbing needs etc!

Our septic backed up, and the issue was between the tank and the house, they were out here that day. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I couldn't be more pleased

I had no heat over a very cold weekend. Todd and his team where very responsive and thorough. After troubleshooting my Rinnai and installing a new pump, he determined that flow meter issues and significant scaling/build-up inside the machine had rendered the Rinnai not operational for home-heating purposes. Todd quickly pulled together a quote, rearranged his team's schedule (since heating issues take priority over other work), and completed the install the following day. The installation team was great, quality of work is apparent, and I have heat again! I also had a broken in-wall heater fan replaced at the same time. Price was as expected for work done, no surprises. Would definitely recommend for your tankless water heater/hydronic heating needs.

They are in the business of robbing money. We got the issue fixed for $5 but they wanted $750 for the work. Do not use them and find a better alternative

Wow, what a rip off. Thankfully we got some more estimates, which saved us over $1,500! Although we had used them before,  we hadn't had a comparison.

For starters,  they charge a dispatch fee of  $99, whereas others came out free of charge.
Then they claimed that the water tank (which is not even 6 years old) should be replaced, because the connections were corroded so a replacement of the elements would only be a temporary fix. This evaluation took only about 2 minutes.

Turns out the tank is perfectly fine and the parts only rusty (which is normal) but not corroded. Furthermore,  other companies would have charged us only about half for a water tank replacement and also only half for the replacement of the elements only. And then finding out the total relacement is not necessary leaves me speechless. What crooks!
