Best Bathroom Remodeling in Seattle WA
We're building a basement bathroom and have had Thoren & James do all the rough-in plumbing for it, including ground works, sewage pump, new water heater, drains, water lines, etc. The rough-in is now all finished and inspected and we are ready to start closing up the walls.
They have been fantastic to deal with, super attentive, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Thoren even came in on his day off to make a slight change to some of the piping that would make fitting our washer/dryer into the space easier. Look forward to having them back for fixture installation once it's time for that!

Had a great experience. He did both leak finding and repair of the water line. He explained the problems clearly and made sure I understood and agreed with the findings. The time quoted was accurate and the clean up job was fantastic.

Luke clearly communicates, offers reasonable prices and did a great job for us on two repairs.

I am really impressed by Hristo and his crew. They did a very complex job - several separate jobs actually - repairing a poorly done irrigation pipeline install, digging a new hole and then installing a water flow meter. It was not something usually done, and ABV plumbing came for 3 separate appointments and got it all working. What I am really impressed by is the attention to detail and the passion for their work. Well done!

I had a mystery leak and water was coming through the ceiling in the basement. I called Mikes Plumbing and they promptly came out and solved the problem for half the price of the original estimate. Dominic and Miguel were polite, friendly and professional. I now have a plumbing company that I will use from now on!

My husband and I travel and use our 'away-from-home' time for home repairs and renovations. We heard, from a friend, that Dan Spencer had expanded his business from plumbing to home renovations and contacted him for a bathroom remodel. After listening to his ideas on how to proceed we gave him the keys to our house, he came and went while we were gone; and had the messiest part of the job completed when we returned from vacation. WoW!
I highly recommend this new businessman if you need plumbing or home renovation/repairs.

I wish I could recommend this company as there are some kind folks who work there. Unfortunately, the person who did our installation did not do a good job and did not clean up after the job was done. When he came out to fix the failed laminate, he apologized for not cleaning up after himself. But then when he was done, he asked me if he'd cleaned to my satisfaction -- and argued with me when I pointed out the adhesive he'd dropped on the tub. He then accused somebody (i.e., my husband or me) of sabotaging his original work.
The work involved removing ceramic tile. Not cleaning up meant that there were shards of ceramic left throughout our bathroom, foyer, and down the hall of my building. This was a safety hazard. Since the mess followed him out to the parking lot, I had to clean after him so that it did not cause injury to my neighbors or result in me getting a fine from my homeowner's association.
While the product itself has been fixed and looks fine, I did not appreciate having to clean up after the worker or dealing with his unprofessional interactions--especially since I'd expressed reservations about having the same person come back to repair.
I shared my concerns about the second visit and asked for consideration of my time in the final bill on 4/9/18. Shelley at TubCove agreed the behavior was unacceptable and that she would forward my concerns to the company owner in Arizona. I have yet to receive a response but will update this review should I hear back.
UPDATED: I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars. TubCove's owner called me to apologize for the service we received from the installer. During our conversation, he said they talked with the installer who admitted to skipping a critical step in the installation, which resulted in the failure of the product. They refunded me $150.

Had a great expirience with Justin and his team today. Called in for a leaky P-trap and had it repaired all in the same day. My husband and I felt in good hands with Pac West and will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. Bonus: they were super friendly towards our baby and dog.

Howard arrived at my house in a timely manner and was extremely prompt and professional. He was able to identify the problem with my toilet immediately, and had the whole thing fixed and taken care of before I even knew it! Very amicable and easy to talk to, Howard was in and out in under 30 minutes and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Best part is, now I'm not wasting water constantly or having to deal with the incessant noise of it. Money saved in more ways than one. Thanks Howard!

On the plus side, they were responsive, and the plumber who came out was very friendly, thorough with his explanations, and very professional. And they were able to fix my issue of a broken shower fixture. On the other hand, I can't help but feeling a bit ripped off. I know plumbing services are getting more and more expensive, but at $200/hr, I felt like he could have displayed more of a sense of urgency, where instead I felt like he was trying to milk as much time as he could. I also believe the one part they replaced was very marked up. In the end, $426 to partially replace a shower fixture is somewhat outrageous. And to top it off, that included a $2 charge for caulk! You can't throw that in?! It was almost insulting. For that reason, despite the overall good work, I can't go higher than 3 stars.
