Best Basement Foundation Repair in Seattle WA
Could not be happier with Seattle Drain Service. Bryce came out and took his time evaluating the project. It was a challenging project and Bryce took the time to figure it out and discuss the options with me. We went with pipe bursting, which required several 12 foot deep holes in my property, plus they had to remove half of a brick patio. They completed the work on schedule (man, do those guys work hard!) and with minimal mess. Then they put everything back! The patio was better than before! They take before photos to make sure all the plants, bricks, etc. went back into place! It was great. I was very pleased.

I live in an old 1919 Craftsman that has been plagued with water issues since I bought it in 2003. I had a sump pump installed 3 years ago, but alas, the immense amount of rain we had at the end of Dec. '19 was too much, and the hydrostatic pressure was such that the water just pressed through the foundation.
Allied was the first company to answer my email (within a day), and Paul was able to work around my inconsistent schedule and got a site visit scheduled within a week, which was quite impressive considering the amount of flooding in the region.
Paul was prompt, courteous, and matter-of-fact with his assessment and estimate, and immediately recommended doing less than what I had originally envisioned in order to save me some money. I opted to go with the full interior French Drain as well as a gutter redo anyways, and my estimate was well below what I had thought it was going to be.
Truth be told, they had to push their start date back due to aforementioned regional flooding and my work schedule, but that was not their fault at all. Once a new start date was settled on, his workers arrived early, had great communication, and were, in a word, AMAZING.
They finished ahead of schedule. Clean-up and worksite cleanliness was impeccable. They went above and beyond and even corrected some mistakes with my sump pump that the previous installer had made, replaced the turf they cut and dug up to tie my gutter lines together, and left the entire area spotless.
I only wish that I had known they were going to finish early so I could have been home to give the crew a tip in person, they were simply amazing. If I ever have any water issues again (unlikely), I would not hesitate to use Allied again. They are fantastic.
