He and his tram were also very quick, and brought potential affitional issues to our attention very timely. We also really appreciated his team cleaning up after the work was completed.

Andrew gave me an estimate and fixed my washer and dryer and fridge valve problems at the same day! He even helped me to install my washer and dryer.. :) his price point is not that high either.. i recommend his service. He is very prompt, reliable and professional.

Received a call last night from our tenant about water over flowing, it sounded like a real mess. Wasn't sure who to call, my wife had remembered she had a coupon she recently had saved from a mailer. When I called after hours the phone message said to call another number so I did and reached Todd, he sure knew his stuff and was ready to go at 10:00/ 10/30 pm. After taking with him and the tenant we decided to have Optimum come out first thing in the morning. They were right on time and showed me on there camera the roots that where causing the problem from outside the condo. The association had planted a huge ficus tree about 15/ 20 feet from the back patio and the had spread all in pipe. Todd even pull out most of the roots so I could show the property management, he also got on the phone to explain to property management what was going on. After he got off the phone with them he put me back on, they said they would pick up the bill and send a crew out to take out tree and reline or repipe the problem. Thanks to the whole staff at Optimum very professional . I will defiantly be using you guys again for all my plumbing problems.

I requested a quote for to replace my pipes and bot o ly did he and his team come through, they did a great job. My house is on the older side so the team went in for 3 day the first time replaced galvanized pipesas well as installing a tankless water heater and the main pipe that connects to the city. In order to assure my house would be fine they came back to replace out going pipe. They did a great job in removing, hauling and replacing all pipes. I'm a highly satisfied customer who would recommend SO-CAL 1 PLUMBING to any one who wants a job done well and effiecient.
The crew was very respectful and on time and a job that was told was going to take a day and a half was completed in just one day.

As far as I know, the pipes have been restore which is quite an expensive insurance policy but provides peace of mind.   There have been a few things that I have been disappointed by.  

The first, I had to make arrangements for an inspection after restoration was completed.  I had to wait all day for the inspector only to find I didn't pass because ePipe did not put tags on all necessary connections.  I had to make another appt. for ePipes to come out to house to tag everything.   With the second inspection this issue resulted in an unnecessary two extra days of my time.  

Second, after my cold water clothes were ruined by hot water, I figured out that they switched the hot/cold connections on my washing machine.  I called to request a fix ASAP leaving a message and writing them through their website but received no reply.  I called them to follow-up and they initially told me it would take 5 days to come to house.  After I debated with them they accommodated me with a next day appt.

This resulted in additional 3 unnecessary days of service.  I just hope I don't need them within the warranty period

On yelp you a receive so many possibilities to choose from. I read the reviews and I decided let's give them a try. I made the best choice. They showed up at the time they said, communicated with me throughout the process and cleaned up after the job was done. They even explained the possibilities that could happen because of how old my plumbing was. The price was the game changer. I called Mr to get an approval to proceed with the job he said yes with no hesitation. I am impressed how they cleaned up after job, that's one of my pet peeves.

Now I'm very picky on how to pay someone. He understood and worked with me from beginning to end, now that is Complete Service. We have hired them for 2 more jobs.

Adrian's and his team came to fix my hot water leak under the floor. They were very quick and professional. Everything was fix within a few days. Everything is back to normal and I am very pleased with the work. I would recommend Adrian and his team to everyone.

I had a plumbing emergency, our kitchen sink has been clogged up for a couple days , I called two other plumbers that were recommended on social media, they both did not respond, I figured I may not get any responses. It was a Sunday night, David at Full Flow however responded within minutes, I briefly told him what was wrong over the phone and he quoted me a price , he did not try to upsell me as that price is exactly what I paid him . He pulled up at my house in less than 40 minutes, went straight to the problem, and my sink was fixed in no time. Very very.reliable and totally worth the cost.

David at Mr. Rooter plumbing was fantastic. He fixed our leaking shower with internal parts and beautiful new fixtures. He he secured or sink handles and even helped us with a stubborn screw on an unrelated project. We would highly recommend David and Mr. Rooter plumbing.
