Our toilet overflowed and I called Jeremiah V Plumbing and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem. He also gave us some good advice on our plumbing condition/possible future problems. Very professional and experienced. Will call him again!  :)

Andrew gave me an estimate and fixed my washer and dryer and fridge valve problems at the same day! He even helped me to install my washer and dryer.. :) his price point is not that high either.. i recommend his service. He is very prompt, reliable and professional.

I had a toilet clog which had crippled the plumbing in my business and I'm so glad i found these guys.  They are located only 5 minutes away.  Two of their servicemen came out very quickly in response and finished the job within 30 minutes.  I believe one of their names was Gabriel.

John Karlen at Optimum Plumbing in Santa Ana was very responsive to our call. We had a water heater that was leaking and we needed attention right away. He came and replaced it the same day.The previous plumber had done some of the work wrong, so John showed me how he was going to correct it and did it for the original price that he quoted.  I have wood floors and without even asking, the 1st thing he did was put down drop cloths. By the time they left, there wasn't a trace of  dirt or footprints left. I highly recommend Optimum Plumbing and have referred them to several neighbors already, who all say they are happy with his work.

Very grateful for Fed!  My Mom's house had an issue with water not draining properly.  Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away.  He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones.

There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through.  He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area.  Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well.

Careful with them.  Terrible.  The price tripled from their estimate.  It was interesting that they diagnosed the problem.  Their technicians got everything ready to go for the epoxy coating.  They said, you have 7 extra feet to coat (in the same line), so the bill will no longer be $995 but will now be $2,850!!!  Total scam.  I spoke with the supervisor.  Total hard sale tactics.  They said if you do it now, we will include the $295 to diagnose the issue.   I said no way.
The next day, their estimator Michael came out and he was instructed to give me the estimate for $2400 plus $295.
The next day, I found another company that did the entire job for $1,150 with a 10 year warranty.
Save your money and be sure to shop around.  Epipe  was the worst, most unethical, high pressure sales company that I have come across in a long time.  Stay away and be sure to find another company.

If you want good customer service and quality work at a good price, look no further, Jose and his team are your guys! From the very first conversation with Jose, he blew me away with his honesty and genuineness. He really cares about his customers and doing a good job and that quality comes thru when you speak to him. When he got to my house, he correctly diagnosed the real problem, which was completely different than what I believed it to be. He fairly only charged for the work that he actually did and was super honest by not trying to upsale me on anything or going along with the original gameplan just to make more money. The original plan would have been more expensive. I really appreciate honest people who aren't out here just to make money. It's nice when you can tell when people aren't trying to rip you off. I would recommend this guy to anyone that needs a plumber! Jose, thank you so much for taking care of me and my family and for taking your time to clearly explaining everything that was going on every step of the way. Adrian is a lifesaver! My toilet and bathtub got backed up today soI tried to unclog them myself but nothing was working and I needed them fixed ASAP. It's Christmas Eve and so a few places I called were closed early. I found Adrian on Yelp and reached out to him . He was very responsive and took under an hour to get to me. He managed to fix the issue in a timely manner and explained the whole process to me. I will definitely be calling him again for any other plumbing issues that might occur. Overall great experience with Kristopher and KNC Plumbing.  I had a minor issue with a detached vent for my water heater.  I reached out to a few plumbers via Yelp and KNC was very responsive and available to come out the next day.  I was provided some guidelines on what the expected cost might be, which I appreciated as most others who responded did not provide that immediately upfront.  Kristopher came out as scheduled, confirmed it would be a relatively easy fix, and was very personable, kindly answering my questions and taking the time to explain things to my satisfaction.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency, our kitchen sink has been clogged up for a couple days , I called two other plumbers that were recommended on social media, they both did not respond, I figured I may not get any responses. It was a Sunday night, David at Full Flow however responded within minutes, I briefly told him what was wrong over the phone and he quoted me a price , he did not try to upsell me as that price is exactly what I paid him . He pulled up at my house in less than 40 minutes, went straight to the problem, and my sink was fixed in no time. Very very.reliable and totally worth the cost.

We had a emergency plumbing issue and had no water coming into the house. We called Mr Rooter and spoke with Supv Shane who promptly came to our house and assessed the situation. Subsequently the company owners son John arrived as well as tech Ismael. Mr Rooter clearly described the trouble and advised what was the resolution. We authorized the work to be completed and we're completely satisfied with the price. Mr Rooter wasted no time and immediately began to trench the troubled area which was repaired in a timely manner. If we had another plumbing issue we would undoubtedly call Mr Rooter again.
