Home was built in 1979. Builder instead cheap material to cut down on cost and unfortunately that caused issues later down the line. Had a leaking toilet downstairs and unfortunately the flange that the builder installed was completely disintegrated and the toliet was basically not attached to anything.

Federico came and installed a brand new toilet and flange for us, which had to include some jackhammer to get rid of some of the old concrete to remove and install the new flange properly.

He was very respectful to us and our home.

Frankly, I could not even focus on the work they did because I was to busy cleaning up the pee surrounding my toilet from one of the workers.
