If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the most expensive water heater replacement I have ever heard of, at least 3 times of the regular price. We are talking about extra THOUSANDS of dollars. They came over relatively fast but their work took FOREVER.
The actual fee changed in the middle of the work so you have little choice as surrounded by a mess and standing in water. It's also quite different from the quote I got over phone call. I had never felt being RIPPED OFF like this in my life.
Warning: stay AWAY from them 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing unless you have infinite time and money and have absolutely NO better way to spend them!
