Dimitrii came out to replace 4 faucets: 1 in our kitchen and 3 in two of our bathrooms. At the last minute I got a garbage disposal and asked if he could replace it too in the same visit and he did. The kitchen project was completed quickly. The bathroom project came with a surprise of a very old valves that could barely turn to shut the water off. One of the valve's handle broke off and I panicked. Dimitrii took care of it on a spot and replaced the broken valves and completed faucets installation. All of that at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely contact Dimitrii in the future for other projects around the house.

Our house has a water leak from ceiling and the dry wall was damaged. We contacted Abdu for repairing the dry wall. Abdu is very responsive and provided a very good price quote. He stopped by our house and finished the project within 1.5 hours (dry wall repair, finish painting). He is friendly and easy to work with. I seek Norman's help with a kitchen faucet replacement. We communicated mostly over email, and since it is a non-emergency plumbing, email was a convenient mode of communication for me.
It took awhile for my new faucet to arrive, so we had to push back the installation by a few weeks. On his first trip, Norman helped to check that the new faucet and parts are in good order, and had a look at the water line and pipes under the sink.
Norman is experienced and helped me to understand what was required for the replacement. He noticed a weird water line connection made by the previous owner/plumber, and wanted to make sure he did things right so he had to call the appliances company to check. Later, he explained the situation to me over a phone call and we found that there was a simple solution, as we didn't need that water line connection.
We scheduled for another day and he replaced the faucet. I'm very happy with the new faucet installation. :) His quote was reasonable and his work is good.
