Best Damage Restoration in San Jose CA
This company cleaned a clog from the pipe under my sink and changed the faucet I purchased. In two transactions.
The first transaction was pleasant the operator was nice and within 30 minutes someone was at my house to check what the problem is. The guy was nice and efficient (everything was done in about 20 minutes) though I found the $220 bill for cleaning a minor clog a bit hefty, but again I don't know the current rates. So I accepted it.
Second time I was trying to reach the same plumber, because he knew about the situation already, I bought the faucet as he instructed me to etc. I called at night, the operator was rude, she would not give me information on how I could get back in touch to the same person whom I already worked with. I was asking her if they are working with individual contractors (originally thought that this is A plumbing company with employees) and if they do.. do they have standard rates or each contractor charges whatever they see fit. She was rude, refused to get into any conversation, she said she has no idea, she is just an operator. I just had to hung up since the conversation was not going anywhere... I thought I call back next day, which I did, everybody was nice again, my faucet was fixed, all good.
HERE IS MY PROBLEM - the contractors, don't have a credit card reader or square or anything similar to take immediate payment. So the plumber I worked with hand-wrote down my credit card information with all the details on the invoice. I found this very unsafe, but had no other choice as I did not have over $200 cash with me at home. Interestingly, a few days later I found a fraudulent / unauthorized transaction on my credit card for $400 dollars. I barely use this card, keep it safe, so.. while I don't want to accuse anyone, I have a feeling they don't keep customer information very safe... who knows who saw that piece of paper he wrote down my info on. Long story short, now I am disputing this charge and waiting for a new card. Two stars because they did the job, but the customer service was hit or miss... plus the card fiasco.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job. They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring. They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
