Very disappointing response from this company that claims to be responsive on a 24/7 basis and that they are happy to do big or small jobs.
They scheduled a date and time, cancelled it, rescheduled it, cancelled again, then had us believe that if we sent the photos of the faucet we wished to be fixed because it was dripping, with photos of the new faucet to be installed, that they would reschedule again.
After we sent the photos, we got a call from them saying only that we are unable to do the work.
Plumbers can't do plumbing? Or maybe this job just wasn't big enough to warrant their time? That's OK, but state that in the services you provide. We don't do small residential jobs. We still have a leak under our sink. Thank you.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job. They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring. They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
