Best Faucet Installation in San Francisco CA

As soon as I put a request on Home Advisor for a leaky shower, I was contacted right away (the only business who contacted me).  I scheduled an appointment for the following week as I was going out of town.  They called me to confirm that I still wanted service the same day, then showed up on schedule.  After assessing the problem, Matt was able to repair the leak quite quickly and only charged me the call out fee as it was an easy job.  Great service!

24/7 service is pure false advertising! I called these guys' emergency number at 10 PM last night when my water heater sprung a major leak.  I eventually WAS connected to a 24/7 answering service/call center that sounded like it wasn't even in California, where a very nice lady told me she'd put out a call and someone would get back to me.  Well, a different local plumber (who does not claim 24/7 service) told me over the phone how to shut off the water to the house temporarily till he could get out today -- he's been here, stopped the leak, and set me up for a replacement job on the 30 year old heater (which I suspected I needed soon anyway) for tomorrow morning.  ALL THE WHILE, I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM MR. ROOTER (It's now 5 PM).
Bottom line: if you are actually having a plumbing emergency and need 24/7 service, DONT call these guys.

After calling two other plumbing companies (both too slow to respond!), I called Tromborg and spoke with Hurschel.  I told him about our clogged drain (this was just before New Year's Day), and Hurschel sent out his plumber the next day.  The plumber was courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and the problem was solved!  I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off, and the plumber went out, purchased the new faucet and installed it an hour later.  All this done the same day and no waiting.  I recommend Tromborg.

I've used advanced plumbing twice over the years and have had two similar experiences: clear, easy, reliable, punctual, competent. I trust this guys. Of course I hope to not need them but if I do I know who to call.

I have used Five Star plumbing 3 times and they are consistently efficient. Their response time is within hours. The crew is polite and explains what the issue is and how to fix it. The crew truck has everything for the job. I will always call Five Star Plumbing!

Edgar was fantastic.

He showed me how the last guy didn't even sweat the pipe all the way around. He wasn't being a jerk about it, just a heads up, this is what I found kinda thing. He was clean and efficient with his time. He had everything he needed on his truck so I wasn't paying him to go shopping which was a real savings. I don't know whether other guys just can't organize themselves or don't want a closed truck, or can't keep thieves out of it but I;m tired of paying massive amounts of money because they forgot something the first time. There's this special word called inventory that so many plumbers don't seem to have to heard of.

He was easy company, easy to work next to. He wasn't running his mouth about whatever or trying to jolly me along with patter to distract me from either paying attention to what he was doing or what I was doing.

You can tell when a guy has his trade dialed in and Edgar is a real master journeyman. He's easily worth every penny. You aren't going to get mickey moused around like some plumbers I know will do you, and you are going to get the job done right.

He's my favorite plumber.

These guys were very professional and good value for money.  When my stubborn drain clog recurred, they came out on a Sunday to correct  it at no charge.  Great service!!!

Badr replaced the old faucet in my kitchen with a new one. He ran into a few snags during the installation (specifically, it was hard to remove the existing faucet) but he patiently worked through it for over an hour, and even went back to his place to get a special saw to completely get rid of it.
He was communicative throughout the installation process and did a very high-quality job.
Would love to hire him for any other job in the future.

The technician, named Bella, came to check out my water heater after so many failed attempts from the other places. She suggested I needed a new water heater since all the parts were replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. She noticed there was an inner gas leak, which the other plumber place failed to notice. She knew exactly what she was talking about. That same day, my water heater was replaced and installed.

We weren't getting heat to half of our house and so we made a call. Ronnie came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He told us the root cause, told us he could fix it then and there, and gave us a (reasonable) estimate. He did the work very quickly, cleaned up after himself, and the fix worked like a charm!

The overall experience was great -- Ronnie was super nice, efficient and professional. I'll definitely use this company again!

Mark and his assistant showed up within 30 minutes of my call and looked at my pipe that had water gushing out of it.  After they spent time examining the problem, they said it was a backflow problem.  They said they could replace the whole thing, which would be $1200 or they could just replace part of it, but they didn't have the part (it would have to be ordered).  They were super-nice and informed me that a specialized person who does backflow stuff might have the part that regular stores do not.  I called a backflow guy and found out that he did have the part and it would only be a few hundred dollars.  I offered to pay Mark for his time looking at the problem, but he said not to worry about it.  In sum, this a really great and honest group of guys.  I will be calling them again when I have plumbing problems.

We were trying to get a refrigerator delivered but found out that our valve was broken and needed a plumber to come ASAP.

Alansi was amazing, even helped identify the problem through pictures, so we were able to figure out what was happening--something a lot of plumbers won't do over the phone, and instead will say they can't give you a price/diagnosis unless they're on scene, but there's a $$ charge to go out and inspect it

They were even able to schedule us an appointment within the hour! Just great. If I could score more than 5 I would. Hopefully won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, definitely calling Alansi's again!

Super frustrated with this plumbing company. They forgot about our appointment window, asked for a reschedule, and forgot a second time. I can't speak for the quality of their work.

Outstanding!  Jared is top-notch.  I am often disappointed in the profit-first matra of the services provided today in this area.  Earn top dollar today and forget tomorrow.  Jared actually talked us out of the more expensive fix (and more profitable) and recommended a much more reasonable approach.  Who would've thought that getting our repeat business was worthy of forsaking a few dollars today?  For sure, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

The gentleman who came by the house was very nice, and once he established that not much could be done, he did what he could & helped me clean up.

However, the minimum charge is for ONE HOUR and he was in my house for max 15 minutes. I wish I'd been warned that even if he couldn't help, it would be a minimum of $132. That's a lot for someone to help me clean behind my fridge.

Super easy to work, everything was planned properly and well executed. Frank even did a free inspection for our home. Would surely recommend and consider him for future work

I collected a bunch of quotes to install an expansion tank for my tankless water heater. Ken's quote was lower than the others. I was a little worried I'd be upsold or bait-and-switched since he didn't ask for photos or to come by in person before he gave me the quote. He fit me in the next day, came early for the appointment, did the installation quickly and cleanly, and charged me the initial quote.
