Badr replaced the old faucet in my kitchen with a new one. He ran into a few snags during the installation (specifically, it was hard to remove the existing faucet) but he patiently worked through it for over an hour, and even went back to his place to get a special saw to completely get rid of it.
He was communicative throughout the installation process and did a very high-quality job.
Would love to hire him for any other job in the future.

I needed an executive chair assembled, toilet seat changed, horizontal blinds changed in one window, hinges adjusted on kitchen cabinet doors.  Ben responded quickly to my request to schedule and came the next morning to do the work.  He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, efficient.  His rates were reasonable.  Great experience.  He's a wonderful find.  So glad I took a chance on him.

I contacted Handyman Heroes to remove decorative dry rot on my front stair cases and rebuild it.  I was assigned Stephen, an expert in woodwork and carpentry, and he was great!  We collaborated on a new decorative design and he did a great job.  The process to get a quote and the work schedule was easy.  Miguel, their scheduler, was super responsive too!  I highly recommend them.

Eugene is quick responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He came to us on time and solved many problems for us properly.

Alex did a great job with 3 recessed cabinets in 3 bathrooms, he was both speedy and professional and did great work on all 3 including an LED recessed medicine cabinet. We worked with him twice and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who knows what he is doing. Many other handymen said it might have been hard to do, or take an entire day, and also charged accordingly. Alex did each job in a couple hours and did a fantastic job.

Norman did the replacement of my guest bathroom faucets and shower-head. I took couple of quotes but Norman's was the best (not the cheapest) in terms of explaining what he would do and what issues we might run into plus how he will go about handling them. On top of that he agreed to look into my other bathroom's leaking shower-head free of cost (who does that in current times). He ordered the parts at the best possible price for me and kept me apprised on their delivery schedule. He also worked around my schedule to get it installed.

Norman is a true professional, is very responsive on mails and will suggest the best possible options for the issue at hand. Norman is my go to Handyman for anything now!

Dave did a great job fixing our metal fence that was not fixed well several years ago.  Communicating with him was a breeze, both while getting a quote and onsite.  He came early, with the right parts for the job.  Wore a mask and took Venmo (contactless).  Charged a reasonable rate.  Would definitely call him for future services.

I originally gave four star because it is considered good. However, Paul responded rudely telling me I never booked him and he never confirmed. He even lied I did not reply to his question. I have attached part of our conversation's screenshot and you judge it yourself. I can post our whole conversation how responsive I am if necessary -- always within 24 hours if not same-day.

Original four-star post: I booked Paul last week for services tomorrow. Communication and price have been okay. They just canceled tonight because of his knee injury.

Efficient and effective!!

My kitchen was saved because of them. Our kitchen was dirty for years, and it's getting grosser and grosser until no one want to clean it anymore. They came in for several hours, then the kitchen is brand new again.

The whole process is so easy. The next day after I texted the owner Elim, he came for a quick visit to understand what need to be done. Then he arranged hardworking people to work efficiently and thoroughly though out the whole house. They covers all platforms, ceilings, little corners and all places that I never noticed.

I am very happy with their work, and I will keep working with them.
