EXPENSIVE!!! $3,000! $750 per hour. I've used Roto Rooter for the past 26 years I'm not sure why I even tried  using a plumber from Yelp but I did make that mistake. It said it was 5 stars but didn't say they were pricey. This job should of cost me about a $1,000 no problem. The plumber Mitchell was on time and got the job done which I'm thankful for don't get me wrong they did a good job in a timely manner but no one has ever charged me $750 per hour $3,000 total that is basically two months of my retirement checks. He originally was going to charge me $3,500.  This was to open the ceiling cut out the damaged drain pipe and replace the pipe. The ceiling was not even repaired for this price. This company shouldn't take advantage of women senior citizens ! I'm still disappointed with this citation to the point where I haven't been able to sleep because of it!

Our washing machine flooded routinely.  Mr. Rooter sent out a very professional, extremely polite plumber who diagnosed the problem and put it to rest.  Mr. Rooter also made the process of scheduling the appointment painless. I would unreservedly recommend these guys.

My wife has been doing business with these guys for decades and they have been consistently providing us with great service. We were recently forced, due to a PG&E program, to deal with California Energy and had huge problems with them. When one of the units they put in two years ago went down, we called Tromborg and, once again, they came though for us (clearly no hard feelings on their end). When my wife called late morning they recognized her and said they were very busy but would fit us in between 3PM and 6PM. They got here at 4PM and we were back up and running by 4:30PM (dirty flame sensor - after only 2 years! Not good Trane). We highly recommend them for fast competent, and reasonably prices service.

I have so many good things to say about this company.First of all, I have to state that I have already hired many people to fix my clogged toilet but so far this is the only one company that successfully did the job. My toilet got clogged on and off very frequently and no one that I contacted was able to fix it....
Finally I found this company  ... I am very pleased to say that the technician was very professional and very highly skilled. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend calling this company if you ever need any help. I guarantee it is worth every penny.

I recently encountered a major issue with my main drain pipe being clogged and in need of replacement. After browsing through Yelp, I came across this company and decided to give them a call. I'm delighted to say that my experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding.

From the very beginning, their dispatcher showcased exceptional friendliness and responsiveness, both on Yelp and over the phone. They promptly addressed my concerns and scheduled a visit to my house for estimates. The quick response time immediately put me at ease.

Upon their arrival, the technicians wasted no time in assessing the situation. I was impressed by their efficiency and their ability to propose various options to suit my budget. They presented me with flexible cost ranges, allowing me to choose between replacing the entire drain pipe, which was priced at $7000, or simply installing the Two Way clean out for only $3000 while effectively resolving the issue.

We found out the hard way during the recent heavy rains that our sump pumps stopped working properly when we discovered that our basement had flooded. I called three plumbers who all came out to give us estimates. It was easy to schedule the visit for the estimate with Yazmin. Once we met with Mo, it was clear we were going with Alansi's. He was thorough, pointed out some deficiencies with the way the previous sump pumps were installed, and explained to us the work we needed to get done. He also answered our questions in terms we understood and with a good attitude. The estimate also came out to be almost exactly the same as that of another plumbing company that is highly rated on Yelp. But the plumber sent by that company could not have been more apathetic or disinterested in our issues or our questions, and that made us nervous about the quality of work he would do.

Mo went above and beyond by squeezing us in on his schedule to make sure that our pumps were installed before the next round of storms. He and his assistant worked steadily for several hours and tested everything thoroughly before they left. We will definitely call Alansi's again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Just a brief note to add to all the 5-star reviews this company has accrued to date. Whether from the point of view of professionalism, customer service, or timeliness, these folks ought to be the gold standard. Ryan came out to check out the sewer drain from a toilet in our poolhouse. In short order he found the problem, part of the cap from cleanout removal by and earlier sewer company visit had fallen into the drain and partially blocked it. After clearing the obstacle and running a videocam 160' to the main sewer in the street, no other problems were found (invading roots, etc). All of this done in under 20 minutes and no charge. Have no question about referring anyone to the Company. A quality act! Too bad there are so few of these around these days.

Second time  in working with Dave Costello at Heise's plumbing..(first  time was replacement of sewer lateral and second time was replacement of four water heaters) responsive in  timely manner, excellent work, and reasonable prices, not the lowest but well worth the quality of the work.  Greg, the plumber worked both time, pleasant, efficient, and definitely well qualified.  a pleasure..no hesitation in recommending this company.

Frank is prompt and easy to communicate with. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. However, I was more than surprised at the $550.00 labor bill to replace a single kitchen faucet (I bought and provided the faucet). Great service but I would recommend getting a quote prior to starting any job. I was anticipating spending about half that amount.

Kenny was amazing.

I needed some pipes re-routed for my shower.  

Kenny responded quickly and was able to get the job done in 1 hour when others had quoted me for 4 hours.

Was surprised and impressed that they answered in a Saturday morning and showed up within 1/2 an hour.  Christian figured out our issue quickly, quoted a fair price and was back within 45 minutes to replace our sump pump and also patch some pipes that he's seen were leaking.  Responsive, friendly and professional - will call these guys next time we need plumbers and will ask for Christian.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

I put out a request for a plumbing repair and received a reply and reasonably price quote within 5 minutes. I accepted the quote and asked to schedule the job. It turns out that they had two person plumber crew who was 30 minutes away.  They came, finished the job, cleaned up and were prompt, courteous and friendly. I would hire Joel C and his company again.

$350 water bill?
700 gallons of water used a day?!?!?!? How's this possible?
Since I have no plants, that means I'd have to take a shower for 6 consecutive hours a day to use that much water.
So it turns out I have a break in my water main line between the meter and my house.

Tip: Turn off your water valve at the point of entry into your house and check if your meter is still spinning.

Israel came out, checked it out found the leak and replaced 30ft of pipe with copper piping. Phew - problem fixed, fast n easy. He put the mulch and liner back on like the area never got disturbed.

Bottom line: I called and he came out the same day. Great price and work (and no surprises!) done on very timely basis.

Super easy to schedule via Yelp, available on the weekend without getting price-gouged.  Fast and effective service!

I emailed 4 plumbers about unclogging my kitchen sink.  Only Expert came back to me with a straight quote.  The others had to look at it first.  I've since learned that this is to upsell you something else.

Anyhow, Paul arrived on time, was courteous and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Recommended.

Our boiler was making a groaning noise and vibrating the wall of our home.  Flow Masters made sure to get us scheduled quickly and serviced the unit.  I appreciated the detailed photos of the before and after showing what they  had done to resolve the issue and Alberto who did the work super professional and patient with all the questions we asked.  Highly recommend for any needs.

I called, his wife took my information and told me he could be there in about 45 minutes.  Jorge arrived around fifteen or twenty minutes later.
I told him the problem he gave me the rate. ($145, which was about the going rate I learned from previous rooter searches on the phone, but none available so soon that day)
Jorge was pretty sure it was a simple clog and he was right.
Done.  Jorge cleaned the site and was very professional.

While writing the check I saw he had a very nice truck and asked him how many trucks he had.  He said he has two but that he had to lay off employees due to the recession and loss of work.

I encourage anyone looking for plumbing services to call this professional.  Help his business grow so he could spread his good work ethic to those who need his services and needs them quickly.

Although my project could be considered a re-pipe, most of the plumbing was brand new since I relocated my entire kitchen and most of the bathroom fixtures.  They removed the old galvanized supply and cast iron waste, and replaced it with new copper and ABS.  In addition, they ran new gas for my range in the kitchen, dryer in the garage, and HVAC in the attic.  

Not only was the job done right, but the staff at Just-In-Time Plumbing was extremely courteous.  They went above and beyond my expectations.  Too many examples to share.  You'll just have to see for yourself.

Our toilets were backed up and the first plumber we got spent 6 hours but couldn't figure out the problem.  Luis from Northern Plumbing came in and knew right away what to do- had the toilets cleared quickly.  He also took the time to explain everything to me.  Will definitely call Northern next time we have any plumbing issues!
