Best Water Filtration System Installation in San Francisco CA
I called PlumCare around 4pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend after their contact info was given to me by the tech support person of my water heater manufacturer. I was getting ice cold water from the hot water valve in our kitchen, and when I went to check the water heater, all of the panel lights were off. The water heater tech person told me that she was sure that the problem was the gas control valve.
When I first spoke to Michael at PlumCare, he suggested that I immediately call the manufacturer back because many of their water heaters had been recalled and they might provide an authorization number that would cover the cost of all of the repairs. My water heater was not covered under the recall, so I called Michael back.
He kindly offered to try and find a tech who could come out the next day, and called me back with the good news that he had a tech who could come out within the next couple of hours. I jumped at the opportunity to avoid a weekend of ice cold showers!
While waiting, I decided to consult the online manual for the gas control valve, and discovered that the manufacturer's tech support had never told me to push and hold both temp control arrows to activate the control pad. When I did so, it worked properly and seemed to reflect that it was working correctly since there were no error codes.
I then checked the water lines under our kitchen sink and discovered that the person who had installed our new dishwasher that morning had reversed the water lines to our faucet, thus the reason that I was getting ice cold water from the hot water valve. I fixed that in 5 min.
I called Michael back and explained that I had solved the problem and wanted to cancel the appointment with PlumCare's tech. He seemed genuinely happy that I was able to solve the problem and graciously cancelled the appointment.
I was extremely impressed by Michael's honesty and genuine interest in assisting us. PlumCare will be my first call for any future plumbing issues!

It's never fun to have to find a plumber because that means something is not working :( but i am so glad i found Mario Plumbing.
