After reading poor reviews of other companies that was in contract with our home warranty, we found BeastBay Plumbing on Yelp and am glad we chose them! Reached out on Tuesday, scheduled a visit on Thursday, BUT after realizing this wasn't something that could wait, BeastBay was able to come first thing Wednesday morning. Johnny U. was our technician and he was great; efficient and straight-forward- he was able to get the job done and at an affordable rate. Hoping to have no future plumbing issues but if we do, BeastBay is the way to go.

Mr. Korin did a thorough job for Mr. Rooter  solving the problem of a stuffed city sewer drain which impacted my drain. He explained what had happened clearly, solved the problem efficently for my drain and gave advice to call the city and have roots removed in their outlet

We had last used Tromborg Royal 2 years ago. At that time their work was skillful and their price very reasonable.
This morning I left two messages for Stanley, received no response, and around midday made arrangements with a different plumber.

On Valentine's Day, after hours, my main drain clogged and water was overflowing onto my floors. My man, Gabriel put on his cape and went to work on the problem. Within the hour, he unclogged the pipes and even pulled out some roots. He went above and beyond to reseal my toilet with an extra wax ring and even caulked the outside. He saved the day. Talk about customer satisfaction. Thumbs up Gabriel, I'd give you ten stars if I could.

When it comes to this plumbing company. I would say hands down reliable, helpful & professional.

After I ran into a plumbing issue on my property I called a few plumbing companies I had found on Yelp as well. Unfortunately it didn't seem as if many of them did plumbing services on Sunday & some of them you needed to schedule an appointment for an estimate.

Lets keep it plain simple & honest here, who schedules a appointment when you are having plumbing issues at you're house? I am calling because I wanted an estimate & possibly have it done the same day because we all need to use water everyday.

So I was a bit hesitant to call this company because it had no business photo & not too many reviews to read off of, but I took the chance anyways because I really didn't have another choice in the position I was in. It was well worth it because Joven is RELIABLE! He answered my call I took him my issue and he took me up front what the problem was likely leaning towards. I asked him what his rate was and if he could come in later that day to check it out and possibly change it. He informed he would show by the next hour or two because he was finish up another job in a different city.

He then showed up gave an estimate not to far off the price he gave me on the phone and changed it. The time he was from in and out my house was about an hr and a half. IMPRESSIVE!!

Not too long after the toilet was clogged because my daughter decided to throw a toy in there and flush the toilet, and so moral of the story I had to call him again, he showed and removed the toy from the clogged toilet.

Joven is my go to guy when I have issues with plumbing now & I recommend him to all my family, friends & neighbors.

The receptionist was available right away -- by phone and by text -- and quickly connected us with a great team who arrived exactly when scheduled and delivered great, thorough, courteous service. We love Edgar! Great guy and smart as a whip. Diagnosed and fixed our water heater in less than 30 minutes. Efficient worker AND his rates are far below Roter Rooter or those chains. He's the only plumber I'm going to keep in my phone from now on.

I've used Luis several years back for draining issues. He told me the issues and got straight to the point of what I needed to do now and what can be delayed for later. Fast forward to 2020 and the issues i delayed came back and Luis was able to fix it within hours. I highly recommend Luis, he has two decades of experience, his prices are very competitive and he explains everything to you. Most plumbers will tell you everything cannot be delayed and give an outrageous price for the repair and you'll need to waste time negotiating or looking for another plumber.

WELL PRICED! he was extremely professional. I needed help with a tv wall mount and he brought his own toggle bolts in case my studs were not in line with what I would like.

I have a background with housework and could tell immediately that he was experienced and knew what he was doing.

This is the guy you want for your tv mount install!!

The price was extremely fair and i tipped extra as I felt the quality of the work went above and beyond. He also brought his own bags to catch drilldust and booties for his shoes.

Fantastic, this company had their agent come out on Fourth of July and did a fantastic job. I gave them five stars. It was so hot and he was in the attic for an hour and I have to say with a great attitude I absolutely recommend them.

Great guy.  Did a faucet install in our kitchen.  He was very organized, kept the area nice and clean, did a great job  and was reasonably priced.

I want to send a huge thanks to Karen for reaching out to us in regards to our previous experience with Harry Clark Plumbing. She was very apologetic about how the plumbers handled the situation and very eager to help us resolve our leaking faucet issue. She was quick to respond back to us after I posted my review, and she was able to send Brad out from the management team to personally stop by to take a look at our bathroom sink. He was very quick, pleasant, and professional. He sent us a quote for the replacement of the faucet right away, and we are now in the process of scheduling the install.

Left a phone message and never received a call back 24 + hours. Not sure of all these reviews in here...most seem to come from people who have not written many or have new accounts. Anyways...that was just my experience. Maybe they are just too booked to call someone back. Too bad with all these 5 star reviews.....odd

That's all I need in a plumber as a project manager. They're one of our vendor partners and our main go-to plumber in SF.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of Andres's site visit and diagnosing the cause of my leak.  He was professional and wore shoe covering as well as a face mask unprompted.
All the other places quoted me out of my range and I was so really happy with the value I got from this business.    As my leak was a quick fix, I utilized the rest of my appointment to have Andre to look at  and clear out my vanity P trap and I'm so glad I did!! Hope I won't need your services anytime soon but I trust I have found a reliable outfit for future plumbing issues.

Ryan and Mike replaced the sewer lines  for several houses on our street.  We needed to coordinate with the major repairs the city was making on the roadbed (to save about $900/house on street repairs that would have been required otherwise.  Plus the new road looks great - not all cut up by repairs after the roadwork.).  Advanced did the job with no further effort from us - permits, scheduling, etc.  

The price was easily the best because Advanced specializes - more than 50% off of proposals from regular plumbers (we did not look at other sewer specialists).  

Better yet, when the job was done, my better half said, I can't even tell that they were here.

18mo later, our sewer functions better than ever.  The tree root problem is gone, and no clogs.  Everyone else is just as happy too.

Professional, complete service, excellent work, great value, and they left no loose ends/ trash/ breakage that too many contractors so often leave behind.

This review is in regards to the ineptitude of the office staff, not the plumber or the plumber's work.  I have a gas leak at the site of my heater in the basement, and PG&E told me I have to have a plumber fix it. PG&E gave me 10 days to fix the leak or the gas would be shut off.  I called Heise and explained the issue and was given an appointment.

When the appointment time comes, nobody shows up.  I called the office and the rude woman who answered told me they can't find me in their records.  She checked with the other woman who I had spoken to make the appointment and she denied it.
Additionally, they said they don't even do that type of work. Meanwhile I just lost a week out of my 10 day deadline dealing with these liars.  I would steer clear of this plumber if you can, or until they get new office staff.

Frank is a professional and solid guy. I had a tricky drain repair above the ceiling and with very limited access. Out of all the plumbers I spoke with, Frank quoted the most reasonable approach and cost, without B.S. extras like $200 charge for limited access. On the day of our appointment, he called ahead to give me his ETA, arrived on time, did the job, and cleaned up afterward. He even replaced an old kitchen faucet for only the cost of the parts because he was already there. What a pleasure to work with an honest and decent plumber. When I notice afterward that there was still a small leak, which is understandable given the tricky repair and my 80-year old plumbing, Frank came right back the same day and took care of it. If you need any plumbing work, call Frank!

First to respond to my Yelp request for estimates and gave me an actual estimate, as opposed to telling me to call or have a free in-person opportunity to get Covid.  Showed up same day, discovered and resolved safety issues in addition to my task.  Very happy, will definitely hire again.
