Best Thermostat Repair in San Francisco CA

Outstanding Service.  We've been using them for years and have recommended them many times to family and friends.
They are a family owned business, and the treat their customers like family.
They are prompt, considerate, and highly professional.  They clean up and put everything back as they found it.
We trust them so much, we can leave the house while they're working in it, and just let them do what they need to do.
We will never use any other plumbing company.

NO stars, do not call this company if you need them quickly.  I called their emergency number at 10:00 last night and they returned my call at 7:30 a.m.  In the meantime, our sump pump died and we had major flooding in our basement.  True we had the worst storm in the last ten years, but they (their service) promised me a call in less than an hour.  Meanwhile, trying to stop the water kept us up all night.  They are not reliable.

I've had two experiences with Harry Clark --

They installed a furnace in my home several years ago. Went smoothly, fair price, no complaints. The installers were prompt and courteous. They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the second experience.

We had the upstairs furnace (yup, old house with two furnaces) serviced last year because it wouldn't turn on. The person they send was extremely slow, charging by the hour. He couldn't get the furnace started. He replaced a part, still wouldn't start. I got charged for the time and the part. After he left I got it started. That was a 1 star experience, no doubt. I got a partial refund, but even so...

So that averages out to a 3 star experience overall. I'd look for someone else next time...

Our boiler was making a groaning noise and vibrating the wall of our home.  Flow Masters made sure to get us scheduled quickly and serviced the unit.  I appreciated the detailed photos of the before and after showing what they  had done to resolve the issue and Alberto who did the work super professional and patient with all the questions we asked.  Highly recommend for any needs.

It's about time we post a review about this company. Ramnar, the owner, installed our radiant heat almost 20 years ago before he even started his company. This is a wonderful cost efficient way to heat our large property (tile, wood and carpet floors) and it never failed us. We never have to think about it, the thermostats are set, there is no dust, no noise, it's just the best! We are thrilled that he now has his own company, he is the best we know, trustworthy and extremely skilled. We just make sure to service the system and water heater once a year this way we also get to see him and his crew and make sure everything keeps working properly. Absolute top notch, efficient, very nice and fair priced, wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!

Jazz did a great job. Very professional. Bart was even able to come early and kept me in the loop. During the diagnosis they gave me the best and worst situations. It was the best and the repair was done in a timely manner and reasonable cost. I am so glad I called  since I had no heat and my elderly mother in law lives with me. I will call them again. Even set up a yearly maintenance contract with them.

These electricians that I took a chance on saved me and my roommate's life!
Jaime came over and diagnosed part of the problem. He didn't try to get me to panic but ensured that everything would be taken care of and that it was a good thing that I called.
Carlos and Richie skipped lunch under Carlos's advice. They knew this needed to be taken care of.
To state the problem, there were several outlets and lights in my house that wouldn't turn on because of an outlet that had burnt wires inside the wall that looked totally destroyed!
Both Carlos and Richie explained things in a manner that I could understand and stated very clearly that it could have turned into a fire!
Carlos also knew that I have a tight schedule because I work the graveyard shift so he made me his first priority.
Carlos is knowledgeable but very down-to-earth. He understands things that most people don't about electrical but doesn't flaunt it. He even took the time to have a fun conversation after the job was done!
These guys are awesome! Everything was fixed in less than 2 hours and  now I have dependable electricians that I can count on!

My furnace wasn't predictively turning on, so I called Bellows.  First of all, I got a friendly response!  And this has been consistent every time I've had them come over--nice, reasonable, and willing to show me what they are doing.  The technician called before he arrived, and wow, was he thorough. He checked everything out, fixed the problem, but also adjusted the propane flow, fixed the exhaust (which I have installed incorrectly) and pointed out some problems I was going to have with my hot water heater (which was next to the furnace).  He spend quite a bit of time, explaining to me what he was doing, and . . . Now we have a furnace that works and is warmer!!  Many thanks.

I called, sent a photo of an outdoor pipe I've wanted replaced (it was an eyesore), got a quote within minutes and an appointment in a couple days. They were polite and professional, on time, completed the work beautifully at a reasonable price! I also had them service/flush my on-demand water heaters, and they noticed a cracked pipe that they fixed on the house! Nice to know that I have a responsible, reliable plumber on speed dial!!

Nice plumber but overall a very disappointing experience.  A little over $400 for 20 minutes of work.  And despite showing exactly what I was doing, when the quote was provided it was done at a very high level, and the plumber made no mention of the fact that he was going to do only a portion of the work.  He showed me the finished work and when I asked if he was going to finish the setup he said yes, you can do that now that I'm done.  Ultimately I was left to finish the job, which was disappointing because the plumber could have easily done the work in the 1 hour I paid for, and instead was happy to leave with extra time paid for but not used for my appointment.

When your sewer backs up, it's nice to find a service that'll answer the phone, and promise to arrive at your house in 3 hours. Very good service, experianced, timely and a, good value!

Called Ron at eight PM on a Sunday night.  He was here at nine AM Monday morning to install a new water heater.  Totally professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job with the new water lines and gas pipe going to the new water heater.  Super reasonably priced as well.  Was expecting to pay 2000.00 dollars based on other yelp and google reviews.  Total for new water heater, labor, and haul away was 1200.00 bucks!  Highly recommended, and he is a local guy to boot!

Their work and team are excellent and they understand and delivery great furnace repairs at a fair price. SUPER responsive and easy to work with for emergencies and their integrity is excellent.  The tech Jordan was super knowledgeable and easygoing,  leaving us clear on status of our furnace, giving an evaluation of the quality and reassuring us that repairs were worth it. When warranty follow up was needed Joey the owner handled everything easily and performed follow up work quickly and only charged for materials. He made it easy for me to decide whether or not to buy parts on my own and made everything painless. I waited awhile to post my review and can affirm that the fix is still working great afterwards. I am happy to have a locally owned company in my contacts and will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I had my 10 yr. old furnace repaired by Ongaro & Sons technician Jim.  This company is a class act from the person who answers the phone to the repairman.  They
are courteous, friendly and efficient and clearly know what they are doing.    I highly recommend them!!

I got a few quotes because I had a minor gas leak. So I called Mike and I told him where the leak was so he sent out Sean. Sean came through and was nice enough to go under the house and evaluate things. So Sean confirmed that the gas leak was where I said it was. Unfortunately the crawl space was too small for him to fix, so he recommended someone else that he knew and trusted. They(Dimond) have great service and they didn't even charge us for assessing our problem. They run a very honest company and are good at what they do. Thanks guys!
