Did a great job on being able to get someone here sooner than originally scheduled. Had a clog that was due to roots. Carl was great. Experienced and hard working. Gave us great information and recommendations.

I use this company for my plumbing and I am grateful for the way they work, great customer service, they stand by their work, and the plumbing itself is top notch. I know I could trust the owners with anything, they are an honest and hardworking couple. The plumbers have always done a great job! Most recently they did a huge job of running pipes from the house to the street, where the old ones were broken and flooding the yard and basement. They came right over to help, recognizing the crisis aspect of the situation. Then the crew came and did the work, it's worked great ever since. When there was a problem they couldn't fix at first, the owner Spencer came over himself to diagnose it. And they fixed the problem. Give them a call. I hope you'll be as happy as I have been.

We just found our new plumber.  Nick from Advanced Plumbing and Drain was fantastic.  We just installed a new 100 gallon, Bradford White commercial water heater in an apartment building and could not get it to work, it kept shutting off within the first couple of minutes. Nick was prompt with both phone calls and actual appointment and was able to resolve the problem we had in about 45 minutes. If my brother, who really knows his stuff and is a tough critic, can say that Nick is legit and great, you better believe he is. Thank you, thank you, thank you Nick! You have a new fan club and we plan to give you all our future business.

We found an issue on a Sunday morning with and upstairs toilet causing gurgling in a downstairs toilet.  The downstairs toilet also would not flush properly.  Trying to plunge the downstairs toilet...result was having sewage back flow into that toilet!  Contacted Excalibur and received a reasonable ballpark estimate and an appointment for two hours later.  Felix showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue.  After rooting the main line clean out, the problem still persisted.  Running a camera into the main line, Felix found the clog in a branch line.  Between driving the camera and the snake he was able to work the snake up into the branch with the clog and made quick work of it.  Would definitely recommend!

I've called Chung Wah several times over the last few years for various household plumbing jobs and been extremely pleased with the quality of their service and their prices.  They get here as quickly as they can, they're efficient and they make every effort to keep the cost of the job as low as possible.  I'm very impressed!  I feel very lucky to have them close by in the Richmond District.

Re-worked my antique toilet and installed a new clawfoot tub.  He's as cute as he is skilled.  Excellent.

Writing for my mother, Cie Goulet, who can't seem to sign back in.She recently gave a low Yelp rating for an incomplete repair for he Kohler toilet.  Don, co-owner, got right back to her & scheduled Buck to take care of the problem.  He was wonderful & so knowledgeable about the problem.  She was only charged for parts and the toilet now works beautifully.  Buck is a treasure and this is a company with integrity.

We have used them for two jobs and both were done in a timely and professional manner. (1) They unclogged our sewer line that RotoRooter gave up on. (2) Replaced two old faucets for our clothes washer - as usual in an old house, it was a bit of a hassle but Jose did a great job. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

BAD WORKMANSHIP, DISHONEST, AND RUDE

They incorrectly installed a water heater thermocouple three years ago. The pilot light went out after our basement flooded from the recent rain, and PG&E refused to relight the pilot light, pointing out the crappy install of the thermocouple. One of A.T. Weber's technicians confirmed this bad workmanship when he came to fix it and said, Oh yeah, THAT'S NOT RIGHT.

When we called A.T. Weber to schedule the fix, they did *not* give a quote for a service call and we remained under the impression they were going to remedy their original bad installation.

We were surprised to get a bill in the mail and when we called to question it, Justin ended up yelling that he quoted us a price over the phone and then actually hung up!

He then called back, deflecting and talking about some things that were not about the issue at hand: that he never advised they would charge to remedy their bad workmanship. He's clearly trying to cover his ass for not doing that. We will be paying the invoice and washing our hands of this business.

These guys are good. Called and very quickly they sent a plumber who fixed a problem I was responsible for creating- rice in the drain pipe. He came on and fixed it promptly. Will use again. Thanks

Twas the day after Christmas, and all through the house a foul odor did waft.  A sewer full of roots and a backed up toilet, and no plumbers willing to come out on the morning of December 26th.  Until: Israel.  He came out within 45 minutes and did a great job cleaning out the pipes.  Unlike other Rooter companies he took the time to show us the problem and develop a plan for a longer term solution to the problem.    We will definitely be using Bay Rooter Plumbing for all rooting and plumbing needs going forward.

I found out my water tanker exploded in our garage and it was starting to flood. I requested an inquiry at 3:31pm via Yelp and 3 minutes later at 3:34pm, Ken B. replied back saying they can have someone give me a call. 5 minutes later Alicia called me and said that a dispatcher will call me when he's on his way. Within the hour, Carlos was at my doorstep.

Carlos was so helpful and friendly. He was able to assess the situation immediately and get me a quote. He also drained out our broken water tank while he was there for no extra charge. I'm not sure if this is usually free or not, but just having him offer to do it whether or not we decide spoke volumes of his candid and professional nature. He was genuine and the initial feeling that I got was definitely positive. I would highly recommend!

I recently had a water heater leak, and Gotelli was excellent at resolving the issue.

I submitted a request for service on their website on Sunday morning, explaining that I would like to have someone come out on Monday or as soon as possible (I had turned off the water to the heater, so immediate service was not needed). Later that same day, I received an email saying that they would call me Monday morning; I really appreciated this prompt email reply, as it let me know they had received my request and were on top of it.

They called me at 7:30am the next day, which is to say they were really on top of things. Again, I appreciated their responsiveness.

Joey and his assistant came out later on Monday, and took care of everything in a single visit--which included having someone from their office pick up and deliver parts to the job site. This worked really well, because Joey and his guy could continue work on the job rather than stop to run out for parts. Joey and his assistant worked well together, and were very efficient. Joey also answered all my questions about what was going on; he was patient, explained things well, and let me know my options.

I'm quite happy with the work these guys from Gotelli did; they are currently my preferred plumbing service.

Wow. I think I've only taken the time to write one Yelp before and that was on having the worst freakin service/experience at Tacqueria Cancun on Mission.  Well, my experience has gotta be either exceptionally good or really stinkin bad for me to take the time to log in and babble about it - A-1??? ROCKIN IT GUYS.

I called at 4:45pm and was told they closed at 5 but if I was on my way they'd stick around - even though I only needed a measly little adapter (ended up only bein $2.50!! -  paid $5 so at least the guy could buy himself a beer on the way home - I'm gonna hafta get his name again and update it cause the guy was one of those rare people goes above and beyond the call of duty with no incentive other than to make a happy customer - you know who you are brother man!)

I was there at 5 - they could've been typical of so many places that would've just told me to come back tomorrow when they re-opened, that it was closing time - but did they? Heck no!! Nope.  Brotha man started diggin thru a box of adapters - went thru 4 or 5 and I says, hey man, I know its past closin time n you're prolly ready to get home and I know you still got stuff to do here, how bout i just come back tomorrow? no biggie man.. - he could've took me up on that made me make the trip back - it's sure not like they were ringing up some monster bill - less than a $5 part!! - but did he? nope. about  a minute later he finds it, it works, and he's ringin up the measly $2.50 ticket.

So often in this city I'm met by disgruntled, rude, snotty, unhelpful, arrogant employees/businesses.  This place is NOT one of those.  

This is one of those rare places that even if they charged more for their wares (which they apparently don't), you would gladly pay the extra, just for the unbelievably exceptional service AND great prices...

I will NEVER go anywhere for anything else I need - these guys have earned the honor of impressing the hell out of me enough to make me sit my butt down soon as I got home - I still haven't even gotten to my second sip of beer and it's been a LONG day - and write this review.

Thank you guys.  Absolutely made my loooong, not so pleasant day sooo much better.  Rock on.  You got a customer for life.  Beers are on me next time I roll thru.

Woke up to an ice cold house this morning.  Found innovative Radiant Heating on Yelp and called them. Was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Ramnar arrived right within the anticipated time window, and proceeded to (1) test our radiant floor system (2) diagnose the problem (a broken pump from too much air in the system) (3) call the parts dealer (4) pick up the part (5) replace the broken pump and (6) show me what to do if the system starts gurgling too much and pressure drops.  All of this accomplished in 2 hours and 15 minutes!  
Ramnar was very professional and friendly, and we will definitely call them a gain for any future issues.
