Best Sink Repair in San Francisco CA
Amazing service! Highly recommend! They just fixed a huge toilet issue we were having and before they fixed our sink drains! They are extremely nice and great work!

Had a toilet that was not filling/flushing correctly. Was busy so asked Mr. Rooter to come and replace the internals. Technician comes out and says he suggests replacing the whole toilet (why?) but quotes just replacing the internals (only need to remove the tank from the base for this). Over $400. Also, did not have materials in van to do the work (supposedly). No thank you.
Here are my issues: 1) No need to replace toilet - the bowl and tank are intact. This is an attempt to sell services/parts that are not needed. 2) $400+ to replace the toilet internals is too high. I bought a $20 kit at Home Depot and did it in about an hour. I am sure a plumber could have done it faster. 3) Saying the tech didn't have a toilet rebuilt kit in the van either meant that they are incompetent as far as being ready to fix the most basic toilet issue, or the tech just wanted to come back another time to do the job.
For me, I will find someone else to do the plumbing work. I have no confidence that Mr. Rooter is ethical.

Tromborg is a true family-owned business with all the benefits of what that SHOULD mean: responsive, friendly, fairly-priced. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed with their service or work for the minor to the more complex problems. It's difficult to find a plumber that fits this description but I have and I'm sticking with them.

I had a terrific experience. Couldn't be more satisfied. Had a kitchen sink emergency: The clogged sink full of dirty water suddenly emptied into the cabinet under the sink through loose joints in the pipes. They were able to send someone out within just a few hours. He arrived early (hooray!), was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, explained each step of what needed to be done, rooted out the clog, replaced the joints between the pipes, and completely brightened my day while solving my problem. Nice work!!!!

Joven is our go-to whenever we have plumbing problems. One call and he is there when you need him. He recently installed a water heater for us. This was a rush job and on the weekend! He even came by the next day to make sure that the temperature set for the water heater was set properly. I highly recommend On-Call.

I have been scammed. Buyer beware. So disappointed stressed and frustrated. My house has been literally torn apart, garbage left in my yard and has ghosted me. Demanded a $7000 check yet when I asked for an itemized invoice Jonathon could never produce one so that I could get reimbursed for the water leak due to the fault of the solar company. This has been since New Years Eve and I have not received an invoice. Also was lied to when I called the office and was told there was no one there by the name of Jonathan Garcia. Yet the phone number listed on the website is his mobile number. I was also lied to about him getting a new phone yet his text messages were still coming from his original mobile number. He pretty much held my home hostage from getting repaired. Had he provided the invoice he would've been paid by now. Because the solar company was as fault for the leak, Jonathan was inflating the demolition and repairs seeing this as a cash cow opportunity. Shame on the lack of trust and integrity of this horrible company.

I wouldn't hire these guys again. They did ok work, but the price was kind of steep for what they did. Also, my next door neighbor had some tools stolen out of his truck the day they were here. Before knowing this, I had considered giving them more work, but it was easy to find a much lower estimate with a real 5 star company.

pipe arts plumbing completed a bathroom remodel for me that consisted of the following: moving a sink and toilet to a different spot in the space, converting a tub into a shower ... The work was completed for the price quoted and within schedule, he s a pleasure to deal with and he does things right the first time in a very efficient manner . when the inspector came to our hose he has full of complements about Edgar's work and rightfully so..... He is not the cheapest in town but he s worth every penny. I will would recommend him to anyone .

Bedr is super responsive and professional. I should have called a lot sooner!! I had been procrastinating a bunch of small projects for months thinking that I was going to DIY them, but I finally stopped the madness and called! It took less than 1 hour to hang 2 floating shelves, photos that had been laying around forever, and 4 spice racks in my kitchen !! He came prepared with all the tools and knew what he was doing. He even checked out my annoying toilet that was constantly running and showed me the problem so I could fix it myself if it happened in the future. Looking forward to working with him on all my future handyman projects. Thank you!!

It was during a big storm and Harry Clark was slammed. A huge tree had fallen and broken a water pipe and was flooding underneath the house. Electricity was out, tree was covering the valve to turn off water and East Bay Mud evaluated and could do nothing until the tree was removed. This could be days. Bradley managed to gather a crew with a generator and pump and was at the site within 30 minutes of the call. The guy pumped all the water out from under the house and with unbelievable ingenuity managed to get access to the water source and identify the broken pipe and clamped it down stopping all the water from rushing under house. It was a Superman moment!!! Thank you Harry Clark for responding to a 911 situation with all that was going on and being better than anyone expected!!!

Jac was great. She was the third plumber I called this morning. The only one to answer right away.
She was quick and efficient and tried to solve my problem without needing to replace and expensive part. She was upfront about her rates. And even offered to pick me up from the Bart station since I wasn't at home when she was available.
Lastly, she was not only friendly and fun to talk to, but also great with my very aloof, very large dog who scares the heck out of most people. I'd definitely call her again.

Needed some work done and Ben gave us a fast and very reasonable estimate on the work. He was responsive and very accommodating with scheduling... which was a pretty quick turnaround to get the job done. When he arrived, he was super courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - not just knowledgeable about what we hired him for (mounting several things around the house) but also lots of other things. He was also well-prepared with all the tools, screws, anchors, etc that might be needed. We will not hesitate to hire Ben again in the future.

The reason we're giving it 3 stars is because Yahia and Mo deserved 5 stars when, a couple years ago, they installed a water heater. Last year, they diagnosed a leak and repaired the pipes that caused the leaking from a bathroom shower. (Earlier, another plumbing company mis-diagnosed the problem and quoted us an astronomical fee.)
So when we had a kitchen sink problem we immediately called them (they gave us two numbers). I left messages and no call back. A couple days later, I called again on both numbers. Again no response.
I tried their website: not up.
Is everything OK? We miss you.

Last week I found a small leak in the copper joint of one of the water pipes in the house's tight crawl space and called Oakland Rooter & Plumbing. Jose and Juan were right on time for our appointment, but I was 15 minutes late. Luckily my housemate was home to greet them. Between the notes I'd given over the phone and to my housemate, they found the exact spot underneath the house, provided a fair quote which I accepted over the phone, and had started on the job by the time I arrived home. When they finished, I was impressed that they didn't just fix the joint that was leaking but replaced another nearby section of copper pipe beyond the joint that had other bad soldering work that looked prone to failure. I was really grateful that Jose and Juan didn't just fix the immediate issue I brought them out to fix, but took care of something that they could already see was likely to fail soon. And the new solder looked smooth and clean like a good soldering job should look!

Had a decade-long relationship with a well known, reputable plumbing company I won't mention here. Thought they were great. Trusted them. Called them every single time there were issues, which was not infrequently in this older house. Paid them to do routine maintenance in January of this year, which included (they say) cutting roots which are definitely an issue in my pipes. I don't blame the plumber for the fact that roots love the pipes. But the toilets overflowed again in February, and again in April, and again this week. I made an appointment with Advanced Trenchless, knowing that they have cameras and could tell me, once and for all, what's going on. Arthur Pacheco came out and immediately set me at ease with his friendly, intelligent manner. He told me what he was going to do, approximately how long it would take, and got to work. First he cleared the pipes with a camera so that he could put the camera through and take a look at what was going on. Then he showed us on a monitor how the pipes directly under the house are clay and infiltrated with roots. The roots have been growing for at least a year, possibly longer, which coincides with when my serious plumbing issues began. In other words, my plumber has been charging for work that was not done, times at least two years. Arthur explained that the expensive, long fix solution would be to replace the clay pipe by taking up the floor and cutting into the concrete slab. Eventually I will do that. But the short-term fix (which my old plumber should have been doing all along) is to cut out the roots with a 300 3 blade and follow up with root-ex (which my plumber also never applied -- until yesterday, when confronted with the video results.) So many companies would have urged me to pay the money up front for the long term fix, but Arthur said it was just as reasonable for the time being to cut roots and follow up with root-ex. That could buy me another 5 years. I'm now a customer of Trenchless. I regret that this very positive review is intertwined with a comparison to another company, but it is probably not uncommon that Advanced Trenchless is called because someone is feeling distrustful of their regular plumber. I have to say that Arthur Pacheco handled the situation beautifully, neither defending the past work nor trying to condemn it.

Frank came for a multi-faceted project: unclogging the kitchen sink and replacing a bathroom sink.
He was prompt, on-time, and professional. He explained what was happening, took a leaky valve in-stride, turned off the water to the house and quickly replaced the valves. His work was very thorough, he replaced the bathroom faucet, unclogged the kitchen sink. While he was replacing the bathroom faucet he noticed our bathroom toilet water was running (this was a long standing issue that I had forgotten about) and fixed that on the spot as well.
He did these three projects quickly, was very professional and a great person to work with. He's an honest guy -- I would highly recommend!

Kenny had completed 3 jobs in one day: replaced 2 bathroom faucets and cleaned clogged dishwasher drain.
Everyone was done quickly and efficiently. He would be my first choice to contact next time.

Great and honest gentlemen. I had written a mediocre review for their services and the next morning I had gotten a reply from Wali, the owner. He quickly responded to fix my situation. I am totally impressed by the fantastic customer service. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Kudos to a great company! My go to plumbers for now on.
