Edit - added a star because Spencer was quick to get back to me and reverse one of the two diagnostic charges so it was a $240 diagnostic instead of $500. Issue still not fixed but they did give me a quote (on the expensive side) to come back and work on it.

Minus 2 stars. Called them again for a job and was charged nearly $500 for the plumber to turn the shower on and off, leave, get the wrong part, tell me the actual part was a special order that wouldn't arrive in time, return (after I called the office 3x to find out whether he was coming back), invoice me a second time for trouble shooting without actually fixing anything and then I find out that his initial diagnosis of a faulty cartridge (for which he ordered the special part) was an inaccurate assessment anyway. My shower is exactly the same as before but I am $500 poorer and wasted many hours.

We've been using Tromborg Royal for 20 yrs now and have always been more than pleased with their service.

Jeremy did an awesome job replacing our old disposal. He explained the issue (it was old and had rusted through) and provided us with a few different options for replacements. He luckily had all of the parts with him and was able to complete the job in about an hour, and showed us that everything was working well. He was on time, efficient, and professional; we would use Advanced Plumbing and Drain again and highly recommend Jeremy!

Thank goodness for Joven, he answered my call and was at the house within an hour.  Problem solved quickly, and he adjusted the water level and flow for no extra charge.

Bedr was competent, reliable and reasonable. He gave me an estimate for my faucet replacement plus light  switch repair just before the holiday weekend and scheduled and completed the job within the week. There are not that many handymen who can do both types of repairs but he handled both ably. I was also impressed that he coordinated with me beforehand and had all the replacement parts he needed. It truly was hassle-free and was greatly appreciated in the middle of a busy work week! He also gave me useful advice about how to handle a couple of other pesky old house problems.

Thank you to Saul + David for helping us regulate the temp on our very old shower. My husband worked with them and had nothing but wonderful things to say! We will definitely be calling them for future projects.

Ben totally saved the day!

We suffered a break-in attempt yesterday morning, which ended up damaging our building's front door frame to the point that it would no longer lock. This obviously needed to get fixed ASAP and I knew that same day availability for a big job like this would be a challenge. Luckily I found Ben's page and gave him a call. He was able to fit me into his afternoon and worked until sundown to get the door frame repaired with new lumber and reinforced. He was polite, helpful, and a total pleasure to work with, and we went to bed soundly knowing that the front door was now even more secure than it was before the incident. Thanks again Ben!

I requested a quote on Yelp and when the young lady Danielle responded she was nothing but kind, concern, and caring. She worked with me to make the appointment time work. When the repair person Ivan arrived he was professional, courteous, and made me laugh about what had been a stressful situation. This was a heater repair and it has been really cold recently so it was important to have the heater repaired. When he left I felt confident in the repair and he was actually more efficient than when PGE was here to light the heater. This company provided outstanding, good old fashion customer service. I would recommend giving this company a call for your heating needs. I will use Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating for my heating needs. Also if I have plumbing needs I will call them back. Had a great experience with Alansi's Plumbing. Yehia scheduled me an appointment right away to fix a toilet and Dante did the repair quickly and efficiently. Very good communication and easy to work with. I loved that they emailed the invoice right away--usually you have to bug people for it. Will definitely call them again.

Daniel Z. and Juan installed a waterline for our fridge and they were just great. Very professional, straightforward, efficient and nice. I would use Oakland Rooter again and understand why they are so highly rated.

These people do great work.  Our sewer line was crumbling, and they were able to get out within a couple weeks.  The process was so painless - our plumbing was only down for about 3-4 hours.  Highly recommend these people.  Not the cheapest but they will do the job right.  They cake care of all the permits and inspections needed with the city.

I called today and Heise's Plumbing rearranged their schedule to help me with a leaking toilet.  Sam showed up about an hour later (10 minutes early) and got right to work.  It ended up being more difficult than initially thought but Sam was eager to do the job right.  They seem honest and I plan on using them in the future.

Kitchen sink clogged with a leaking pipe just a few days before Thanksgiving--just great. Someone in the kitchen was going a little to H.AM. Thankfully Frank answered his phone, provided details and estimates, and got his guys out to the house within a couple hours.

I used the Yelp project feature to reach bout to a handful of plumbers and the DMs started to come through within the first few minutes. Some quotes were pretty high and just straight up availability was rough with the holiday week.

Frank's team came and fixed the leaking pipe but when we ran the water (after they left already) we noticed the sink was still clogged. Oops! After we called him, he got his guys back to the house first this in the morning and fixed it all up for no extra charge. Super appreciated they got this done quick because scheduling someone to come to the house is as difficult as scheduling someone to be home.

Frank was very responsive via calling and text. Def felt like a priority!

Water heater went out yesterday evening. By noon today, Kenny had a new one installed. Very competitive pricing too. Highly recommend!

I came home to find my kitchen leaking water from an unknown source. The water from my kitchen drained to my bathroom, down to my bedroom, and into the garage. The first plumbers I hired misdiagnosed the problem in a rush, and my floors continued to sustain damage from leaking water from an unknown source. I eventually hired new plumbers, the Plumbing Guys and they cut open my bedroom ceiling and immediately found the culprit, leaking copper pipes. Manuel didn't rush, and made sure that there were no other sources of leaking water. The first plumbers made my leak sound like no big deal (even though my house was flooded and my ceiling, bed, and personal property were all destroyed). Manuel + Yaya at the Plumbing Guys were patient and compassionate and also helped me navigate the insurance industrial complex. I will only use the Plumbing Guys from now on!

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Joel and team were exceptional.  I can't recommend them highly enough especially in emergency situations.  

I reached out to Golden Coast Plumbing last night in a panic because the sewer system in my new build home was backing up through the shower in my first floor guest room.  Nightmare.  We were up until 3am cleaning and bleaching the floors and trying to figure out who to call to help us.
