Best Sewer Line Installation in San Francisco CA

Fast response and very professional, I had a slab leak and contacted Beastbay plumbing, Anthony came out on the same day to do the inspection and gave me his professional opinion, and also  price estimation on different options. The plumber came out next Tuesday ,  opened up the slab, replaced the leaking section of the pipe for me. Great service and highly recommend for any plumbing need.

Mr. Rooter replaced leaking PVC pipes/fittings with copper at an affordable price. Sal clearly explained what needed to be done and he and his helper efficiently and respectfully (i.e., they didn't make a mess and informed us when and how long the water would have to be turned off) completed the project in less than four hours. The only reason I'm not giving Mr. Rooter five stars is that it took them five hours to come to our house on Sunday, Sept. 22, to diagnose the problem and stop the leak.

We were taking care of a flat in San Francisco for a friend, and the toilet was leaking. Two doors down, Tromborg Royal Plumbing were doing a job, and I walked over and asked if they could take a look when they were done. Instead, they followed me back to the flat and spent half an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. I am still flabbergasted at the level of customer service. Very professional, and the nicest people I have met in SF!

We have used Advanced Plumbing several times over the years, always with excellent results.  Recently, Brian helped us with several issues, and he was great.  In a very short time, he resolved some issues with water pressure in the house  and inconsistent hot water temperature.  Advance Plumbing, and especially Brian, are highly recommended.

Last few issues happened on a Sunday and I will always call Joven.  He's courteous and very fair-priced.  In fact, last call was because I didn't realize I pushed the dishwasher button. Hence, water filled the dishwasher and because water was pouring from that area, I thought for sure it was a leak under the faucet. Long story short, Joven came out after his family Sunday meal and immediately saw it wasn't the faucet.  And sure enough there was the water in the dishwasher.  He emptied it a waited until I was assured that there wasn't water coming from somewhere else.  (He knew there wasn't, but was being polite.)  He charged me nothing and left with good vibes and humor.  I like this person. Oh and the last job he did was a huge clog UNDER ground.  He found it and unclogged it and explained the issue. Thank you Joven!

Recently I had a kitchen leak and I didn't know who to call I checked on Yelp and called Excalibur Rooter and plumbing.  Luis came by within 10 minutes and fixed it under 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous

The best.  Very efficient.  Carl came out to investigate a nagging problem with my mom's toilet.  He was the only one who figured it out and fixed the problem!  Steve is the top guy there and he is the best!  You will not be disappointed!

During the end of a family gathering our toilet and bathtub backed up and flooded the entire bathroom.  In a panic, thinking it might be a broken pipe, I called 5 Star Plumbing & Rooter and Fernando and Rocky came within an hour.  They were very friendly and professional.  I was worried that it was going to be a serious situation but they told me not to worry and that they would fix the problem.  They ran a snake and said it was a big clog of toilet paper. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing and if you get Fernando and Rocky then that's a big PLUS!

Do yourself a favor: Zayah is the real deal. Totally skilled, Honest, fair pricing!! Found solution, fixed plumbing, saved me time and $$$. Adept. Win-win.

Wizard Plumbing is truly spectacular...all the fantastic yelp reviews still don't do Wizard justice!! We had a plumbing problem and the process/experience was excellent. They scheduled immediately, they showed up promptly, they were extremely professional and friendly, and charged a fair rate.

Anyone with a plumbing/drain issue should certainly contact Wizard...you will be impressed!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - Apparently Some Customers Are Not Good Enough

Alansi gave me a verbal estimate for a laundry sink install. It took them over a week and many phone calls to get a final written quote. The final bid said extending the dryer gas line and installing a faucet was suddenly optional work (more $$$), which was not optional in person. I called the contractor who agreed the gas line should have been included but not the faucet because we didn't explicitly discuss it. I said, umm, of course anyone installing a sink assumes it includes a faucet install! Yes, my issue was drainage but if I'm buying a new utility sink I'd expect a faucet installed and not just an empty tub! Apparently this common sense perspective was unpersuasive and he said the manager would call. An hour later I get an email back (see photos) saying they don't want my business because I'm changing the terms (not true).

I called them back and let's just say it's clear there is something they don't like about me as a customer. It seems to be going around these days. The whole experience was demeaning and very unprofessional. Keep in mind, they didn't come back and say Hey, it looks like there is some miscommunication about the faucet install. It will cost an additional X to do it. That would've been reasonable. Instead, they just told me to shove off.

From other reviews it looks like they do good work, if they approve of you as a customer. Well I didn't pass the test, so I'll never know. Food for thought when you select your next plumber.

UPDATE: The owner called the next day and left a voicemail hoping I would delete this review. When I didn't, he left his comment below. With regard to his comments.

1-We did not do any work for you.
Yes, that's true - I never said you did. This review is based on your treatment of me as a prospective customer and misleading me on the quote.

2-You did not agree to the contract price.
Yes, you are absolutely right because any normal person getting a sink installed assumes that includes installing a faucet.

3 -you did not want to resolve discrepancy but rather argued how the additional work should have been included in the bid.
See #2 above. Also, I would have loved to resolve the discrepancy but you decided that sinks don't need faucets and I was trying to fleece you. Instead of offering me an updated quote, you just told me to shove it. Good luck to your other customers.

4-You had been rude on the phone and raising you voice.
Well I wasn't happy spending weeks to track you down only to find out that Alansi sinks don't come with faucets and when I raised this issue, you dropped me like a bad habit!

5-you made threats to write bad reviews.
Absolutely because you have horrible customer service and you don't think installing a sink includes a faucet.

Finally, I don't think I'm out of bounds trying to find the best plumber at the lowest price. If it hurts your feelings to discuss/negotiate pricing, perhaps you should find a new line of work.

Five stars for Jose Ramos! He came to fix a really bad shower leak I had. He was so nice and got the job done quickly for a good deal. Highly recommend!

Not many businesses that i give a five star rating to, but this place was great. Scott the line inspector came out and checked our line. He was friendly knowledgeable and let me watch the camera during the whole process. The bid was reasonably priced for the amount of work needed to be done. We did pass on doing the job as other unforseen expenses popped up. From what I saw this company seemed to put customers first.

A new homeowner, my agent recommended Heise's to install a new water heater and the accompanying plumbing to support it. I have been 100% happy with the work and the customer service I received. Dave was on time, completed the work when he said he would without any fuss whatsoever. When I called to follow up he was helpful, courteous and informative. AND when they sent the bill, they remembered to return my key.
This has been a super stressful time for me and it was so easy to work with them, I would definitely call on Heise's in the future if I have a plumbing need.

Frank and Andrew we're awesome.  Called in the am.  Hey came in afternoon assessed my water heater situation, a bathroom sink leak and another issue (toilet leak).  He gave me a price for all three. They got all three jobs done efficiently and at a fair price. Recommend!

They did not show up on time, which would have been a problem if I didn't work from home, but they do appear to have competently done what was asked of them.

They have major scheduling issues. They took our deposit in September, and it's nearly January with no work started. When they did finally schedule a start date they didn't show up, scheduled a start date a week later and again failed to show. If you value your time, find a different company.

I would give them 6 if I could! They two plumbers I have had come to my house over the last few weeks have been amazing! They installed a faucet, toilet, and a tankless water heater. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Their workers are honest and attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns! Their attention to detail is excellent and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Father son team.  Joel is great guy, and I had a great first experience.  He was communicative throughout and showed his knowledge even before arriving.  He was the only plumber that gave an estimate upfront out of a half dozen.  I called a diamond certified plumber first and Golden Coast was an infinitely better experience.  He was thoughtful, conscientious, and efficient as he had my kitchen sink back up and running in less than 30 minutes.  I will definitely use Golden Coast again!
