Miguel took the time to explain what would happen & the cost. When their service person - Michael arrived he listen very carefully to what our situation was & very professional explained what he felt the problem was & how he would address it. Along the way Michael would explain each step if I asked & because of how thorough he was & being careful while digging to locate our pipe buried in the dirt he located our clean out that after 25 years of living here we never knew we had! And as a professional Michael snaked our line & corrected our problem while not damaging our clean out that we didn't knew existed & he was very, very carful with our landscaping.  I would highly recommend Bayshore Plumbers & could not be more pleased with Michael & his professional approach to our job!
