Best General Contracting in San Francisco CA

Damon and his team are great!  I had water damage in my rental and needed various contractors to complete the job as I was working with my insurance company.  Berkeley Home Repair fixed the drywall, painted the kitchen, re-caulked the kitchen sink, and installed a new faucet.  They were on time, curious, professional, and fairly priced.  I will be keeping Berkeley Home Repair as my first stop in any future repairs needed.

Had a great experience working with Max at AMX Plumbing. they installed a space saving tank less water heater and replaced a sewer line at my family's home. My father knows the business being a contractor over 40+ years  don't bother with other company's these guys are PROS and a great price.

Eco Smart Roofer came to my rescue last week when all of a sudden my floating deck made the entire roofing structure leak. I've called few other roofing contractors but most quotes included a new deck with new plans taking way over 10 days.
Eco Smart Roofer came in on the same day, quickly assessed the situation, measured the moisture on all of the interior walls and figured out a clear path of attack. The whole project only took a day and deck was lifted with hydraulic jacks, repairing the roof for another 10+ years.
Despite the rushed nature of the project they did a really nice job and were extremely pleasant to work with. The crew was very polite and smart and few of my my neighbors are now rushing to get their roofs completed with them before the rainy season.

I wrote a prior review - focusing on the terrible plumber Lalo who came out and provided truly substandard service and major attitude that justified my 1-star rating.

After my complaint, Marin the dispatcher called and left me a message that if I didn't pay the bill yet, he wouldn't charge me.  I called back and he confirmed this though I'd already paid.  He said he'd take care of refunding me the charge as he thought waiting 3+ hours for a plumber to return, and holding up other contractors during that time to be unprofessional and not the way they run business.  I honor that view.

my toilet was clogged on Sunday evening. I tried to find someone to come right away, but no one responded to me or told me they could be available tomorrow. I found General SF and the person answered the call and told me that he would be coming in 30 minutes. I have 3 children in the house and it was essential to get it fixed right away. The person from General SF came as was promised, in 30 minutes, and fixed the toilet.
Now, as you can imagine, the whole family is happy. Thank you, General SF.

Using Dmitriy's service to remodel our bathroom was the best decision we made. I talked to many contractors and Dmitriy stood out from the rest as someone who knew housing code inside and out and really understood our situation. The project was completed on the initial timeline we agreed to and the work quality was unbelievable. Karen was the one in our house almost daily and is one the nicest guys i've ever met. He really cared about making this room look good. He had an incredible attention to detail. The pictures really tell the story of how much effort Karen made to make this room look amazing.

This was our first remodel and Dmitriy helped walked us through it. We had ideas of what he wanted and he would explain what each of them would entail, how some things we wanted could be a range of prices and he would explain all the options and give us choices. We even ran into trouble where some of our pieces we bought did not fit in the right spots, and Dmitriy went to the store for us and bought a similar item. Permits and inspections were a breeze. Dmitriy's honesty about the entire process, what we should expect, the price, and updating us throughout really made me sure there is no one better to do a remodel.

Luis and his team were rather great.  FAIR and transparent pricing.  Good and consistent communication.  On time arrival as promised.  Good value and good work product.  They got the job done and I would highly recommend them for repairs and new projects for your home or business.  I appreciated that they stayed with the estimate and were fair.  Good team!
