Customer service this fantastic is very rare these days. Even during the estimate phase, Brian, Damon and Tricia were responsive, friendly, and on time. Their bid came in as one of the lowest and we decided to go with them based on what we were reading on Yelp. So glad we did.

Brian re-piped our entire house with copper and while a few things did not go according to plan and the work went longer than we had hoped - some due to our ancient plumbing, faulty fixtures and plaster walls, one or two due to the actual work, and one old issue that we realized and added to the job in the middle of things - he and the whole team worked immediately and tirelessly to make everything right, with zero extra charge or bad attitude, even when the fault was our old house. Plus, Brian is just a really good guy, super punctual, friendly, and a hard worker. Damon and Tricia were on the phone with us, or at our home, immediately when they knew of the slightest issues, and helpful and friendly at every turn.

When they left our house this morning, our very low water pressure problems are gone, the hot water runs hotter (as it should), we have a fancy new kitchen faucet and showerhead (courtesy of them), and a 3-year old problem with crossed lines out of our tankless water heater, that we knew nothing about, is fixed.

Plus, we feel like we have new friends, due to how they treated us so respectfully and generously when things weren't going so well in the middle of the job.

We would not hesitate to hire them again. They are the real deal!

Mike really went out of his way to help me today.  The main doorknob tongue stopped catching with the locking mechanism on my front door and I was very worried about home security.  Mike responded almost immediately to my Yelp quote request for assistance and made the time to come over to my house within a couple of hours to fix my problem.  My front door now locks securely again and I am very happy with Mike's work and his accommodating attitude.  I highly recommend Mike as a reliable, responsive handyman.

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. I tried to clear myself. Was unsuccessful. Clog was stubborn and deep. Called 24/7. Javier was dispatched within 30 minutes and arrived in less than an hour. He explained what he would do and why, and what he would do if option 1 didn't work. Option 1 worked. Now I can get back to the weekend.

Yvgeney came to look at what I thought would be a simple electrical job but as I have learned from touching anything in this neglected 80 year old house...nothing is simple.
The news was bad but he thought about it overnight and came up with a great, safe (I will only do work that aIlows me to sleep well at night) work around. He gave me a great quote and despite unexpected delays and problems he stuck to his price. The job was not done until he knew we were completely happy. We are very pleased with the outcome. Yevgeny answers all his calls and texts messages.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and creative when solving tricky problems. a very nice and trust worthy man.

After several failed attempts with previous contractors for kitchen remodeling . I did give Mr. Unger a try before giving up on searching contractors on yelp.Dmitry and his team were very professional. They gave me start date as last week of november and kept the promise. Dmitry and his team explained every task in detail on what is the next task. My husband and I especially had amazing experience throughout kitchen remodeling and walk through each day tasks with Margus and George. We ended up extending contracts to do lights for entire house. It only took 5 weeks to complete entire project.

At the end of the project we had issue with microwave and oven unit after contract was complete right before Christmas. I did contacted Margus to help me with replacing new appliance... he took time out from his family time came by and finish installation and helped to bake cookies for Christmas.

I would highly recommend Dmitry and his team ( Margus and George) for any kitchen remodeling work. I would definitely give him first preference for any future contracts at our house.

LFM Construction and Plumbing helped me put up an indoor water pipeline and gas pipeline for my shop.
