We were taking care of a flat in San Francisco for a friend, and the toilet was leaking. Two doors down, Tromborg Royal Plumbing were doing a job, and I walked over and asked if they could take a look when they were done. Instead, they followed me back to the flat and spent half an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. I am still flabbergasted at the level of customer service. Very professional, and the nicest people I have met in SF!

Nick and Jill were super helpful with our plumbing issue. We had a burst pipe and light flooding, and one company was quoting us an extremely high amount and kept trying to add a bunch of additional services on top of the repair. Nick knows his stuff and let us know that he was 90% sure that we didn't need to do half of the stuff on the other company's estimate. Nick was not only correct in his assessment, but super professional and responsive. Everything works great again, and I saved time, money, and headache by going with Advanced Plumbing. They are the real deal.

Bedr was competent, reliable and reasonable. He gave me an estimate for my faucet replacement plus light  switch repair just before the holiday weekend and scheduled and completed the job within the week. There are not that many handymen who can do both types of repairs but he handled both ably. I was also impressed that he coordinated with me beforehand and had all the replacement parts he needed. It truly was hassle-free and was greatly appreciated in the middle of a busy work week! He also gave me useful advice about how to handle a couple of other pesky old house problems.

There was a leak near our meter. United plumbing provided same day service for a very reasonable cost.  The technician was very professional. Highly recommended!

Loved working with Ben. He was very professional and offered great advice / help. He completed the tasks doing quality work in a short time. We have a small baby and he was very respectful in staying quiet while working. I highly recommend Ben and will hire him again in the future for any task my home needs!

Absolutely love the work that Jose did.  We needed to repipe multiple bathrooms in our house, as they still had the original galvanized iron water pipes from 1932 when the house was built, a pretty big project.  Jose came into the house, pulled all the old galvanized iron pipe out, and repiped with copper over the course of a week, all by himself.  All work was done in November 2020, during the height of the COVID epidemic, with an eye toward safety and social distancing the entire time Jose was working in the house. Jose worked his tail off the entire time he was here, did stellar plumbing work, and then patched all the drywall and plaster that needed to get fixed after putting holes in walls and ceilings throughout the house to pull the pipe. He even went through the house and did the best job he could cleaning up all the dust and debris when the work was finished. He kept us informed at all times regarding the status of the job, always did exactly what he said he was going to do, and even went above and beyond several times to make sure we were happy.  Oakland Rooter wasn't the cheapest bid we received for the work, but we decided to select them because of all the positive reviews on yelp.  I'm super glad that we did and the exemplary service was well worth the marginal extra cost above the bids we received from other plumbers. Jose deserves every one of those reviews, and we'll happily be returning to Oakland Rooter anytime we need plumbing work done in the future.

Our garbage disposal froze, Plumbing Guys responded within an hour, they were true to their estimate. They tried to repair our unit didn't rush to sell us a new unit. They were knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would call them again.

I have never written a review on yelp before but I was so impressed with this company I wanted to show my appreciation. I had a problem with my bathroom sink and after getting ridiculous quotes from all these major companies a friend of mine referred VanGo Rooter to me. I gave them a call and their employee Ace came by to check out the problem. He was very knowledgeable and knew right from the bat what the problem was. He quoted me a price that was damn near for FREE compared to what these other companies were charging. He was able to fix my sink that same day and was very fast, efficient, and most importantly very clean. He gave me helpful tips on how to maintain my sink so this wouldn't happen again. He's very easy to talk to, felt like I knew him for years and just wasn't there for my money. I would definitely recommend VanGo Rooter for any plumming needs you may have, and don't forget to ask for Ace!

My radiant heat system had some zones that were not working and they replaced some valves of some sort. What a relief ! Finally we have heat all the way through the house.. my kids are super happy! They also did a maintenance on my boiler and said I should really be done once a year. Seemed  like a good crew. I'm planning to get them back every year now to service my system.

Jorge is the only name you need to know!! He's beyond professional and just a nice person inside and out. He does the job right the FIRST time. We've stuck with him over the years and he never disappoints. And his prices are fair. I highly recommend him!

Best decision ever, hiring this crew to replace a couple ancient cast iron boilers. He worked very intelligently to tie in a modern mod/con boiler with my gorgeous old radiators. Everything is working perfectly. Very happy. I made a lengthy search of boiler/radiant companies, and they were all scared to take on my project, or they were overpriced, or they didn't seem very knowledgeable or patient. Innovative scored on each of those. Highest recommendation!

Tom Robertson was back again to hook-up a built-in gas grill which had been improperly installed by the original contractor (we used Gotelli for a water pressure issue earlier in the month). He did the work well.

Very professional and reliable would recommend 100%. Hector is very knowledgeable and honest. He came to our office to fix some lose tiles and we were more than pleased with his work. He was punctual and explained the work he did to the very last detail.

Rip off , scam artist. Sell you by telling you it is an hourly wage. Then send one guy, doesn't know much. Spends a ridiculous amount of time , no results . No wonder they charge hourly . If it was per job they would lose . Definitely don't recommend unless they give you a final price for the job. How does a drain cleaning cost $1800?!? Roughly . Not the final price ..... Let alone need three guys . They quoted me to hydro-clean the lines . I called another company , did it for half the rate one guy. No bullshit .

We've used z and z plumbing three times now. Both times they were very polite and professional. They fixed a pretty complex plumbing issue the first time they were out and were great to work with. Most recently they installed a tankless hot water heater for us. They did a great job.

Need an urgent since there was a water leak in my garage. Drigo was reliable, fast response and professional action on his work, detail oriented.
