Best Electrical Panel Installat… in San Diego CA

Should have done this long ago, a review below reminded me to do it.  Bill in the showroom/HQ has been a tremendous resource over the last few years.  I can't remember the number of small issues where he has basically drawn me a roadmap to fix my own plumbng problems, often without buying anything from Ideal.  I use (and my parents before me used) Ideal and their record is perfect.  On-time, competent, friendly service.  No expert in this area, but it seems to me like Ideal represents that sweet spot of a true family business, with the best that implies, that has grown enough to offer a full range of services.

I was referred to Point Loma Electric by my landscaper Frankie Sandoval, due to some flicking lights concerns.  He informed me that Point Loma Electric specializes in wiring safety and modernization of older homes.  

From my initial contact with Point Loma Electric I was impressed.  The Customer Care Liaison, Ms. Kirra LeBron demonstrated exceptional professionalism while answering my many questions, resolving discrepancies and ensuring me that the best possible job would be performed at a paramount value.  

From there, the Point Loma Electricians Ramone and Charlie dispatched to my house for the initial inspection.  In their efforts to provide the highest level of service, they were accommodating and diligent during the inspection; once completed, they sat me down and covered every concern I had and those they discovered.  Admittedly, I was overwhelmed by the critical hazards they uncovered and by the quoted estimate.  

With heavy heart, the deal was made.  However, it was soon lifted.  From start to finish both technicians were courteous, proficient and considerate of my trepidation, assuring me my needs would be meet.  The final outcome was above and beyond my expectations.  I was not prepared for this level of quality, workmanship, and attention to detail.  Once completed, they not only guaranteed the electrical safety of my house but transformed the lighting in my home to directly manifest the essence of me.   Thank you!

Farhad did a great job repairing creaky floors on the second floor of my home. He was communicative and punctual. Really easy to work with.

My wife and I were in the middle of a remodel and had bee using another handyman service. The job turned out to be too much for one crew and I called Gunner to help finish up the project. I started to give him  more work when I saw the quality of his work  and professionalism . Very good all around knowledge. We contracted Gunner for some electrical work and ended up having hime finish our garage with drywall, texture and paint. Will be using Anthem again soon on another project. Have already recommended him to my neighbors.
