Velazquez responded to my request immediately. They were flexible in acquiring material directly (I didn't have time to have it delivered) and adjusting the quote fairly. The owner was very friendly on the phone. It's difficult to find these qualities in a landscaping company. I've interacted with quite a few of them. I will be using Velazquez exclusively.
