Technician cleared two drains without reattaching one claiming that it was too big a job for him to do while he was there. Said the earliest he would be able to come back would be Monday. Then he tells me he just spoke with the scheduling person and he wouldn't be able to get back until Tuesday. Ok. Tuesday it is.
Tuesday comes, and when I call to find out where the technician is it's all I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm talking about the appointment that I made with your technician for Tuesday, that he communicated to your back of house on the phone and you did not schedule, for cracked pipes that are actively leaking that he said they will do the estimate on Tuesday when they fix the shower drain.
I want a refund for the job that was incomplete, and I want everyone to know that this company is nonsense and they should definitely hire someone else.
