We had Bill Howe come to give us an estimate for new water heater as ours was getting old (18 years). In addition we wanted information re: tankless water heater as we always have to rotate showers/using washing machine or dishwasher so that we don't run out of hot water.  Edgar provided a complete estimate and scheduled an appointment within 5 days to replace our hot water heater and pump recirculator.  He and his assistant showed up on time and returned the next business day to finalize a couple of details and then run through the care and upkeep of our system.  We now have a marvelous system that provides all the hot water we need, and we can run showers, flush toilets, wash dishes and clothes all at the same time without any problem.
