I just called to get my kitchen sink unplugged. I live in a condo . They told me everyone below  us must be home and give free access to their home.  That's impossible  and they know it..it just my kitchen sink not my whole house.  I know if it's a major plug the neighbor  would be complaining.. I believe  we could try . They want to make a simple  drain repair into a major deal. They are always trying to jack the price up .
