I hired Darrell to work on three bathroom faucets. He was professional, nice, approachable and polite. He arrived 15 minutes early.
He did a very good job in removing the old faucets and installing the new ones. The installation of the three faucets was nice and clean
He checked everything to make sure no leaks. He cleaned (wiped and vacuumed)the work area.
Overall quality of work was very good.
I strongly recommend him.

I don't generally write reviews and I've become pretty cynical about the level of service I can expect from the majority of providers. However, when something exceeds my expectations, I feel it deserves mention. Ideal just installed a complete HVAC system in my home and there was not one flaw in the process. I had to call Point Loma Electric six months after someone else did electrical work in my house. We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.
