Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

Andy and Jacob fixed a plumbing disaster at my house. There was great communication with them throughout the repair process. I knew what to expect and they answered all my questions. The payment process was easy. Andy is a calm guy and that made the situation easier. I highly recommend their services.

My water heater in the garage started leaking. It wasn't a big leak, so I wasn't getting flooded. It was a leak, though. I got a phone number from a friend called the number and waited for him to call. He didn't. I put one call into Formula Plumbing Service and had two repairmen at my door within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the leaky stainless steel web pipe that was the culprit. They had the materials with them and replaced both of them in about an hour and a half. I would use them again, although I hope I don't need them.

Needed a Plummer fast on a Friday afternoon @4:30pm. James arrived in 45 minutes, had everything solved in less than a hour. Very professional, explained everything before starting, very neat too. I highly recommend.

It's never a good day when the hot water heater needs to be replaced, however working with the technicians from Curtis Plumbing made the experience painless. They arrived when they said, they worked quickly, they were respectful of my home and the COVID protocols. I had them return the next week to tackle a couple of other less pressing plumbing matters which were handled in the same competent, swift and clean manner.  I recommend Curtis for any and all plumbing needs.

Flow Pros did an awesome job installing a 50 gallon water heater tank at my house. Jared was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions, and gave me an upfront estimate that was very reasonable. He did a superb job on the install, and cleaned everything up after the work was done. A hot shower and dishwasher filled with clean dishes later, and I'm one happy camper! We had a laundry list of items that needed help from a professional plumber and we were fortunate to have Mike Benson from Tampa Bay Plumbers come to our house.  He was so professional, knowlegeable, and courteous, and in no time at all he had us up and running smoothly again.  We have used Tampa Bay Plumbers in the past for an emergency situation, and it is good to know that they are excellent not only in a crisis, but take the day to day repairs just as seriously.  We will definitely call this company, and Mike Benson, in the future!

Needed a cold water valve replaced for my new washing machine that was unable to be delivered because of the valve being rusted and corroded. They were able to come out the same day and heard all my concerns. They did exactly what I asked and were kind and courteous. They were very sweet towards my two year old son as well. Would definitely use again.

My cabinets were badly damaged during the install of new dishwasher. I found this after removing the one I'm returning. They charge insane pricing as well. Stay away .

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.

Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.

I would just like to start out that it takes a lot for me to come on Yelp and leave a review for a service that was so terrible I felt the need to share so others don't experience the same issues. I could write a story book on all the issues we have had with this company but I'll just share the most recent one and this doesn't include the way both the office girl and manager spoke to my mother.
First I would like to say their actual plumbers are very polite and respectful ITS THEIR ANSWERING STAFF that needs a revamp. They are rude and very condescending. I understand having to deal with upset costumers all day as no one wants to deal with plumbing issues but honestly maybe try another job that doesn't require socializing and having empathy for others.
I called to get an estimated time as I'm a neonatal icu nurse who works night shift. I worked the night before and gave Brianna a call just to get an eta as I was originally told between 12-2 (we called them when the water started backing up the night before). When I called I told her I was not trying to rush them as I know they are busy and was just wondering if they had a good eta on their plumbers since it was after 1pm. She then proceeded to not only be snarky back about the question but to tell me no we have you on the 12-4 so between now and then
Obviously upset about waiting longer as I can not use my toilets in my house and I have raw sewage coming up in my spare bath I proceeded to wait. I was then told that their plumbers were stuck at a retirement community and had to cancel until tomorrow morning..... I GET IT SHIZZ HAPPENS QUITE LITERALLY. But when you have a staff that lacks empathy and cannot put their selves in their costumers shoes and understand where frustration and miscommunication is coming from.....thats an issue. I would guarantee they have lost multiple multiple costumers just from the sole fact their office staff is rude and never knows what's going on in the field.
To the owner if you read back even 3 years ago you're getting the same complaints... recorded lines would be helpful learning tools on how to be a decent human. Your plumbers should go elsewhere. We've spent thousands with your company and Gene the plumber deserves a raise because he's the only reason we continued business with you.

Christine's Plumbing was the local plumbing company we used for 30 years.   NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS LOCAL YOCAL.   They used to be good. BUT after the nasty rudeness I encountered today I will never call them again.  They were a reliable but mediocre plumbing company but after being told we are to busy, we are months out to fix the plumbing leak under your sink.  I asked as a three decade customer can you help me...  a phone number , a name of a plumber.   I was told told look it yourself...THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME??  NO way to run a reliable and good business, word of mouth makes for an ethical business....    Business might be good today BUT return business is what makes a business successful.   Christies Plumbing does not want return business..that is beyond obvious.  Why would you want to do business Christies Plumbing.  NO  THANK YOU, WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH Christy's Plumbing again.   AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this business.

BTW ....I gave then a one star rating because it not possible to date lower....

Had our garbage disposal quit working and contacted Choice Plumbing for a repair in Dunedin, FL.  Receptionist was friendly and courteous and was able to book us our choice of am/pm appt within two days. Service tech Jason was prompt and gave us a 30 minute courtesy call of his arrival time that day within the four hour time frame.  Jason was efficient, personable,  and quickly replaced the disposal after going out to get a new disposal which came with a two year warranty.  We will definitely use them again if we have any other plumbing needs.  Pricing was reasonable for plumbing services and there were no hidden charges or service fees.
