Best Damage Restoration in Saint Petersburg FL
We have had two separate leaks in our slab and they were right on the money as to location. They were fast, professional and accurate.
Totally would recommend them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This rating has nothing to do with the actual plumbing team but rather the customer service agents. After hurricane Irma came my neighbors tree was uprooted busting my main water line that runs from my meter to my house. The city had to come to my house and turn the water off at the meter as it was flooding the yard and almost flooding my house. That then resulted in my house not only having no power but no water as well until the pipe was fixed. When I called customer service to try and get someone out to take a look she told me in order for us to come out your water would have to be on I then reiterated that the water was only turned off at the meter and can be turned on but if it's turned on water will spray everywhere. She only then repeated the statement that we would need to have water for someone to come out. I then had to tell her in order for the water to be turned on I would need a plumber to fix the pipes. She finally agreed to send someone out the next day. However when the next day came it was just another excuse. She called at 8:45 in the morning to ask if we had power. When I advised her I'm unsure as my house is not livable without water and power so I'm staying at a friends an hour away who also has no power but they at least have water. She showed no empathy and just states I'll have to reschedule you when you have power. Why does a plumber need power to assess the damage of outside pipes? I remind you my home town just underwent a natural disaster, this lady was calling from a Maryland area code so she was unaffected and could careless with what we are going through. She remained monotoned and unconcerned with my issue. I'm a manager for a customer service contact center and if this lady was one of my associates her treatment to customers would not be tolerated. They should be trained to at least show some type of empathy to customers facing a hard time.
I was able to call two other companies, the drain team and advanced plumbing. Both called me back in an hour or so when a plumber was available. The drain team came out right away and assessed the damaged and even offered to do a temp fix so I could have water in the mean time. Advanced is currently still set to come out later today to take a look. Its funny as neither of these companies needed water or power at my house to come to my residence to assess the damage of the water line.
My recommendation - CALL THE DRAIN TEAM FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS.

CW Plumbing has been to the home I rent several times. I guess our landlord thought they were the cheapest...and the saying You get what you pay for is so true about them. The receptionist Sandy, is clueless, and had mistakenly booked an appointment time but never called me to let me know someone was coming, then told my landlord I was being difficult and I was hard to reach. The second to last time they came out to do work Johnny, the guy they sent repeatedly, just walked into the house, no knocking, nothing. Just walked right in. I had a 6 month old at the time and I was in the restroom, that didn't stop him. I called and was furious and Sandy apologized.
Then when there was additional work to do she had the audacity to suggest they would send him again, but joked that he would knock this time, and laughed. They are so unprofessional. They have created messes and just left them, track dirt and grime into the house, and leave the mess for the homeowner to clean up. They don't even offer to clean up their messes, and have been absolutely RUDE.
The last guy they sent out was actually kind and professional, and actually showed up when they said they would; but I specifically asked that they ALWAYS call before knocking, and of course Sandy said they would do so, and they NEVER have (as my daughter's room is right next to the front door) and he banged on the door and thankfully did not wake her, however I was pretty angry.
I think there are areas to be cheap about in home repair, and plumbing isn't one. I highly recommend St. Pete Plumbing and George Hasseltine Plumbing. These people aren't worth the savings. I would rather have the job done right the first time, clean, with someone who respects my home, space and time. This company does none of that.

I need a contractor for several jobs. I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool. Seemed simple.
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby. The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose. I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose. So they re-did it. I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min). It was worse. Very unsafe. Very poor workmanship. I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away. I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't. I asked for my money back. They said no. They do not stand by their work. They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done. I suggest to avoid BMD. They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it. It was worse. Why would I have you out a 3rd time? I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you, i had a real professional out to fix it. He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert. He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing. You caused a dangerous situation. You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled. To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
