Where to start?  These ladies and gentlemen at Cornerstone have never let me down.  I first came to them several years ago after one of their competitors wouldn't make right on a problem that never seemed to end.  They fixed my system then and they have just done it again.

Scott came out first and spent 5 hours running down the probable cause and when he needed a fresh pair of eyes, he made the call to the office and got Brandon and, their newest technician, William out on the same day even though they all had full schedules.  They finally found the problem tucked away deep in the duct work where a bunch of wires were melted together (their best guess was from actual construction, which I would have to agree with that assessment, as we've had weird problems since we bought the house.

After they finally found the problem, they fixed it in about 30 minutes.  Courteous and professional all the way!

I would also like to give commendations to Matt and James for services in the past that I've never done a review for!  

I know that no company can be all things to all people, but give Cornerstone a chance to earn your business, I don't regret it for a second!
