About Plumbing was able to come out to my house the same day I called.  They actually listened (and didn't doubt) my water pressure problem.  Cody was honest, helpful and informative.  About is affordable and very customer service oriented. This is now the only plumbing service I will call!!  Thank you Cody!!!

Tony LaMartina Plumbing is simply the best at what they do.  I have called upon this company several times over the years and they are always prompt, responsive, professional, and highly competent.  This is one company that truly understands their customers, not a common trait these days. Today, Brad came out and installed a gas range and shortened the gas pipe when the original store paid installers could not. I will always call Tony Martina Plumbing for all my plumbing needs as I have full confidence in the company and their staff.  I highly recommend Tony Martina Plumbing.

Christian is a professional and efficient contractor. He came to Chesterfield for a job within a week of me calling. He was prompt, thorough, and very fair with pricing. Not to mention how pleasant he was to work with. I am always timid on hiring people for jobs in my new home, but I'll be recommending him to all of my neighbors and friends. If you want someone who is organized, aware of his working environment and keeps his work space clean, professional, and efficient you should call him! I wish I found him sooner!

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

We had sewer backup in the basement.  These guys are fantastic start to finish.  Scott came out and explained everything and was very polite and personable.  Unclogged roots in lateral with ease and gave me tips on preventing in the future.  Scott puts customers first which is so rare these days.  Even small details like putting wheel covers on the equipment before running them across the floor was done.  Can't say anything negative.  This is my go to plumbing company from here on out for sewer blockages.  Thank you Scott for your hard work and honest approach in doing it.  It doesn't go unnoticed.

McNeely & Son is truly a fantastic service. Last year on a holiday, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Being an individual with no skills or knowledge in this line of work, I dialed multiple companies freaking out and they said, we don't do work on holidays or our holiday rate is 4x. I then found McNeely and Son. The gentleman who runs the organization picked up immediately, was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes of being there, and fixed my AC efficiently. He even took the time to check and make sure there wasn't any residual moisture in my duct work from condensation build up. As far as I'm concerned, they have my business for life. I will be putting in a general maintenance request in the next few weeks to check on my furnace.

Decided it was time to replace the water heater. Figured I would try a tankless one. I went on the popular website for find people to handle your home improvements and had a popular company sent out for an estimate. They looked at the project, suggested the water heater unit then gave me an estimate on the spot. By giving I don't mean printing it out or emailing me a quote but rather just showing me the cost on his screen. He could see the sticker shock and suggested a payment option over 7 years like I was buying an expensive car. He then proceeded to tell me how this will be saving me money in as little as 6 months and increase the value of my home. How am I saving in 6 months if I'm making payments as large as my utility bill?  He then left leaving me with nothing but a business card. Long story short, I called Inspector Plumber for a second estimate.
The representative arrived on time and evaluated the project. He took measurements and pictures so that he can go back to his office and evaluate the project before giving me a price. He explained what he would need to do and what would need to be done after. The next day I received an email explaining cost options and timing. The cost was a major difference for what I recall to be the same brand name unit installed. I quickly accepted the quote and set up an appointment for later that week.
Two technicians showed up on time to begin the project. With having to replace and reroute existing plumbing, adding new venting and a new circuit to the electric panel this was a full day project. However, at the end of the day the project was completed as promised. I now have the water heater I wanted for the price that seemed fair from a local company that seems to respect their clients. Inspector Plumbing will definitely be my first call next time I have plumbing needs.

This was probably the worst customer service experience I have had in a while. I woke up Thursday morning to discover my 4 year old furnace, which Anton's installed, quit working. I called and Technician #1 came out. He said theparts he needed to repair it were not available in town I would have to wait until Friday for repairs. Technician #2 came out Friday afternoon and repaired the furnace. I woke up Sunday with no heat. Technician #3 came out pretty quickly and said I had a drainage issue that he couldn't repair until the following day but he had rigged something up that would keep it going overnight. However about after an hour after he left the furnace quit working again.. It was a really cold night. They called me early on Monday and said someone would be out later that day-they couldn't give me a time estimate at all. Technician #2 back came at 4pm and said the issue was something totally different than what the Sunday technician had said. Since the warehouse closes as 4:30 he couldn't get parts until the next day. He THOUGHT he had fixed it well enough to last over night but he couldn't be sure. I was not happy that I was being told 2 totally different things by 2 different guys. I called the answering service and asked to speak to a supervisor. Technician #1 called me back and said it looked like Technician #3 was totally wrong and someone would be back to fix the problem that Technician #2 had diagnosed.  Luckily the temporary repairs held and I wasn't cold that night. Again the next day they couldn't tell me a time someone would come. Technician #2 came back about 2:00 BUT HAD THE WRONG PARTS!  He had to drive somewhere to pick them up and come back. I feel very uncomfortable that we were told different things by different people. I am just hoping these repairs hold. I would encourage you to find someone else to repair your furnace.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from AAA Home Services.  Austin was out recently to service our air conditioner and did a great job. He is thorough, professional and respectful of property.  I will recommend AAA to anyone who is in need of home services.

Called for cleaning my sewer line. Would not provide a price in advance. Upon arrival, they told me the only way to clear the line was with a hydro blast type cleaning (without trying a standard method) at $750. Reluctantly I agreed, only to be told after 10 minutes of attempting to clear the line, that I needed $7000 in repairs. They presented me an estimate, with a 30% discount IF I signed immediately.
Of course I did not. However they still charged me $750 for clearing the line! (Later, after complaining about the charge they refunded $150. That is still $600 for a service they didn't complete!)
The customer service rep was so understanding and compassionate, I actually considered using them. Then I read the contract! There is a clause that allows the company to withdraw funds from your checking account if there are extra charges!! IF you decide to use this company, READ THE CONTRACT!
A second estimate was $2000 less. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Research this company, the BBB is currently cautioning against using them because they have a history of pitching the worst case scenario to sell you on a financing plan for stuff you don't need. Tiger should switch their animal mascot to represent the loan sharks they truly are.

I honestly wish I could give this company 0 stars because Tiger is genuinely a scam. We had a tech come out to evaluate a leaking faucet, and somehow were convinced that on top of the faucet we needed a hot water heater, and a water softener, and our pipes replaced (which they didn't even look at). Our leaky faucet problem within 30min turned into $12k of work. Their salesman on the phone convinced us he we looking out for us and selling us on the cheaper option instead of the $30k one. Luckily after they left, and before they started any work I talked to a few people who warned me against this company's shady actions. I quickly called another company for a second opinion and was quoted $2500 for the faucet and water heater, which the plumber informed me the water heater was not even necessary right away. I also found out through this company my house does not have a spot to put the water softener I was sold on, and my bathroom would have been torn apart, something tiger did NOT mention.
After realizing I had been scammed for $12k, I called tiger and informed them I would be canceling the work that I was going to have done. No issue canceling, quick call. Shortly after I received a call from a blocked number, and it was tiger informing me they had already taken the material for my project (which wasn't even happening that day) off their shelf, and were ready to work. When I told them I was still canceling their tune changed to they ordered material from vendors, and would be charging me a $400 restocking fee. As someone who works in supply chain for a living that is not how this works.
Overall this company is just a bunch of EXTREMELY pushy salesmen who spend their days scamming people for every cent they can! BEWARE and never use this company!!

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!

Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.

I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! ‍ From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.

Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! ‍ after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!

I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.

I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.

Let's hold contractors like elite Home services accountable for their poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their services. We deserve better!  Spread the word and help others avoid falling into the same trap. Together, we can make a difference!
