Came out and replaced my garbage disposal that was leaking into my cabinet causing water damage

I needed assistance with drain in the basement that caused water to come up whenever it rained. The technician slightly made the situation seem small although it was frustrating to me. Took him about 20 minutes to let me know that there were roots within the system that could possibly be the problem while stating they were small as if they couldn't possibly be the problem. However, I figured, what do I have to lose other than $230 to get them cut down. Fortunately, the roots were indeed the problem as it has rained numerous times and the rain hasn't had any effect on my basement since.

Beware this business they will lie about repairs. Their also quite rude. They will tell you things need to be fixed that really don't so they can charge more. Get a second opinion before allowing them to do anything.

Bobby went above and beyond to solve my problem. He even gave me pointers on how to maintenance my equipment so I can avoid future issues. I totally recommend this service company.

My washer backed up in the kitchen (slab) and that caused my bathroom to back up as well.  What a mess!  A buddy tried some kind of liquid (with sulfuric acid) and that failed so I had to call Roto Rooter.  (I'd used them in the past.)  The first technician was only there an hour and did attempt to get the drain to clear but said he could not and basically told me I was screwed. That it needed to be fixed yesterday. I knew that in order to get into my area's sewer lateral program I needed a video camera done so he called someone else.  The 2nd technician (John Z.) was awesome. He was really only there to video camera the drain but couldn't view more than 2 feet in so he went and grabbed his cabling and didn't give up until he got 2 HUGE roots out for me so that I could actually function!!!  THAT was above and beyond!  Great customer service!  THAT is someone who makes a name for the company! Had it not been for him, I probably would've given only 1 star.
