Buyer beware!!!!  This is the first review I have ever given.  I wouldn't recommend using this company. If you chose to do so, MAKE SURE YOU GET A QUOTE IN WRITING BEFORE YOU LET THEM START!!  Do not let them go by the hour.  

Now my story...  I called the company and ask if they could come bid a job for me.  The guy on the phone said he could do it over the phone. I asked for an 80g water heater to be removed and a 6g installed. I needed the 6g water heater to be put in the air. Then I needed new plumbing run to two fixtures because of a leak.  I was quoted around $1000.  When the plumbers showed up, we went through what was needed.  They advised they weren't aware the water heater needed to be put in the air and that would be extra.  It was clear he didn't want to do this and that's when the employee started with his big attitude problem.  I asked for what the new price would be.  He advised about $1200 but it would be by the hour.  I wasn't happy but I said ok.  Within the first hour, they turned off the electric and the water and took 3 smoke breaks.  Within the first 2.5 hours they only had the old water heater out.  It wasn't in a hard place but in a large open closet.  After 6 hours they only had the water heater installed and none of the other work complete.  The plumber came and got me and said he was done.  I asked about the other work and he said it would be extra.  I said to just stop and I was done wanting anymore work from them.  The plumber asked why, I explained my issues and that's when he got very angry.  I said please give me the bill and I would talk to the office/owner and then send a check.  That's when he flew off the rails and cussed at me and stormed out.  (I have video of this) The bill was over $1,300 and the second half of the job wasn't completed.   FYI The water heater cost $250 from the store.  Called the owner, owner let me get 3 words out and then told me his guys story and didn't want to hear anything else from me. I said ok I would pay the entire bill and post my reviews.  He hung up on me.  

Just beware if you decide to use this company.

Called today at 1pm, had no water and a leak. Brandon was at my house by 2pm and water back on by 2:30, and the job was totally pro. He sweated the pipes and even corrected my dishwasher hose to prevent sewer gas from smelling, this was above and beyond. He also took the time to remove the dishwasher cover to make sure there were no leaks below, the plastic clips were a pain in the kneck, I know I originally installed the dishwasher. Brandon took the time to make sure they were all back in place, he was awesome. I put Hubert in my phone, we are a new family in Belleville and he is my guy!

Best service so far in the area. Had them repair a toilet flange and they were responsive and pleasant. When we needed water heater repair I called them back and they again were responsive and knowledgeable. They call to confirm times and are great to talk to. I will definitely be using them again.

Shannon (Faszold) was perfect. We thought it was a problem with our humidifier but it was not. Very clean and polite. Thank you for the exceptional service.

He was able to help us out with our bathroom vent.  My husband got stuck & we needed someone that could repair & get the job done. It worked out perfect! Fair price & good quality work!

Responded quickly, friendly service, fair pricing. I had a small repair completed - it didn't require an electrician, but was beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own.

Honest, experienced and convenient!  Jim showed up on schedule, provided an explanation of what the service will require and the cost.  He had all the materials needed on his truck and how long it would take.  He did a great job!  I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

Talk about customer service! We were in the midst of selling our home when the buyers inspector said he found thousands of dollars worth of plumbing damage in our sewer line. We called up Koehne plumbing, they sent out Mark who was beyond professional! He took our concerns seriously and reviewed the inspection report, long story short he saved us thousands of dollars by cleaning and doing basic maintenance on our sewer line! Even ran his own inspection for us to show our buyers; keeping our house (and budget) on the mark (pun intended). Highly recommend to anyone who needs high quality service.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail the problems that were found. Was very thorough with the inspections. Have used Anton's for the past few years and don't even bother to call anyone else!

The price quoted on Yelp was not the price they told me on the phone when I followed up for more information. I declined to use their service due to pricing inconsistencies, so I don't have any feedback on workmanship.

I had another plumber come in and tell me that my bathtub would never drain properly because of the shape of the pipes. Odd. Two days later, the tub clogged completely and we had standing water until I decided to call another (more professional) plumber.

Hoffman Bros sent someone over within an hour of my call to them on a weekday morning. He explained very clearly what the actual problem was, and was able to fix it within about 30 minutes! He even snaked the drain after clearing the clog, and was able to answer a few questions I had about other plumbing issues. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the service we received.

We contacted Morrison for a low water volume issue in the kitchen.   They were professional, systematically eliminated possible causes and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently.   As far as knowing when the technician would arrive there was no question about when they would be here.   Morrison sent a text as a reminder and they called to let us know the technician was on the way.   They were on time, professional, reasonable and a joy to work with.   We will definitely be using them for all future plumbing needs! I live in outside of Illinois and have to find service people to handle things for my mom that does live in the service area.   I would have no problems calling and having them come out to do work for her even if I wasn't able to be there when the work was being performed.  They are that good and she was comfortable with the technicians and the whole experience.   I can't recommend them enough!   You need plumbing work call Morrison you won't be sorry

Skip the big boxes! These guys know their stuff and will talk you through any questions you have. We purchased a new toilet here and received great service. They are not as cheap as the big boxes, but you pay for selection, expertise, and quality. Since they supply plumbers, they typically have better quality items.

My only gripe on toilets and sinks is that they solely carry Kohler. Kohler is a great brand, but having more to choose from is good.

They have a showroom for fixtures or go to the other door on the right to buy fittings and pipe at the counter.

I was just recently reminded about this company.  It's been many years since I have done business with them but my experience with them was completely unsatisfactory.  I've heard some people say that Mr. Greg Goforth does good quality work but that is the absolute opposite of my experience with him.

Professional, knowledgeable and polite, but VERY expensive. He came out on time, wore covers on his shoes, didn't have a ladder (said he hasn't needed it for many jobs so took it out....needed it here...oops), did a great job explaining things, but the price was prohibitively expensive. The service call was $189, so because we didn't use them, we were out that fee.
