Best Emergency Services in Saint Louis MO
Larry came out to inspect the water pressure in our home. He was very nice and helpful. He told us exactly what he believed the problem was and didn't pressure us into using them to fix it.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Quick response time. Drew provided friendly and respectful service. Cleared the toilet clog we had and made recommendations for a couple of other things without being pushy. At $125 to snake the toilet I thought that was reasonable and we're happy to have the toilet working again.

Nick with Sewer Solutions was prompt and professional. We needed our kitchen and bathroom sinks unclogged, and he provided excellent service in getting our drains in working order again. Highly recommend!!

Sean completed the job same day. He was thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend him.

Performance Plumbing just put in a new bathroom for us in our finished basement. They did everything: plumbing, electric, drywall, and flooring. They even put in a closet! The guys were professional and efficient, and the price was right. I love my new bathroom!

Very friendly customer and the technician was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing problems. Very clean when working and explained his assessment of our drainage issues thoroughly and answered any questions I had while he was working on our drains. I would call them again in the future if we needed a plumber.

After using this company for many years, I realized they were no longer the firm I started with. After Mr. Anton retired, they seem to be in the business of selling upgrades. I had a maintenance agreement with them. In recent years, they never left without writing up a proposal of several thousand dollars worth of equipment or accessories they felt was necessary. When my son saw what they were trying to sell me, he encouraged me to find another HVAC company. Which I did.

Has repeatedly said he was going to do a job for me, only to not do it. Has ghosted me on multiple occasions, and at one point told me he was on site working on the job and had to leave to get something, only to find out he had not touched the job at all. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Called for cleaning my sewer line. Would not provide a price in advance. Upon arrival, they told me the only way to clear the line was with a hydro blast type cleaning (without trying a standard method) at $750. Reluctantly I agreed, only to be told after 10 minutes of attempting to clear the line, that I needed $7000 in repairs. They presented me an estimate, with a 30% discount IF I signed immediately.
Of course I did not. However they still charged me $750 for clearing the line! (Later, after complaining about the charge they refunded $150. That is still $600 for a service they didn't complete!)
The customer service rep was so understanding and compassionate, I actually considered using them. Then I read the contract! There is a clause that allows the company to withdraw funds from your checking account if there are extra charges!! IF you decide to use this company, READ THE CONTRACT!
A second estimate was $2000 less. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The dishwasher was installed wrong by Kirkwood Plumbing when our house was built in 2008. We moved in 2 1/2 years ago and finally discovered that the dishwasher was hooked up to the cold water, not the hot water as instructed by owners manual.
When I called and explained the situation, I was initially told they would 'make it right', but the next day they said it was no longer under warranty and we would have to pay for them to fix it.
This was not a warranty issue! It was an incorrect install by Kirkwood Plumbing.
I was hoping they would stand by their word and do the right thing.
Bad business practice!

Tiger replaced 20 feet of water service line to my house for $3600. Understandably, the street, sidewalk, and yard looked like a muddy battlefield when the line was installed by late afternoon. The workers insisted I make final payment with the promise they would finish the job the next day. This involved cleaning the street and sidewalk, leveling the yard like it was, filling ruts, and replacing removed brickwork. I had a bad feeling about making final payment with the job not complete, but did it. The next day, nothing. No workers, no phone call, no email. I was left with the mess which couldn't wait, because it affected my neighbors. Do not make final payment to Tiger until the job is complete. Once you pay, you no longer matter. Dealing with their estimator was unpleasant. He started at $5500 for my very easy project. I got the feeling he was on commission, and the higher the contract the more he made. He came down quickly when I told him I was going to call another company. He was trying to see how much I would pay, rather than giving an honest price. Finally, I was fined $50 for meter tampering by O Fallon, That was my fault, but Tiger should be aware of city requirements and advise the customer to prevent this.

I'm giving them two stars only because of my previous experiences with them. We used them a few years ago and they did a great job moving some pipes and doing some other things for us. However our most recent interaction has been pretty awful. We called them again due to how wonderful they were before to have a few things done in our new home. The guy that showed up talked to us a few minutes, looked at a few things and said he'd be back the next day. Next day he's a no-show so my husband calls him. We get this story about another customer accidentally drilling holes into a pipe and it's taking more time than thought etc. but he'll be there the next day. Next day again no show. Call him - no answer so we leave a message. Never called us back. So we called the company number and haven't heard from them either. Im really disappointed and won't be using or recommend them again. I won't beg someone to take my money!

Horrible experience . They came to our home to clean clean our outside drain for what supposed to be a 79 dollar 15 minute job . After three hours the technician , and i use that term loosely , got his tool stuck in our drain . He said that's it I'm done here and left the drain cleaning tool hanging out of the drain and declared it stuck . He then said to my wife you signed the work order which says if this happens we are not responsible . He never gave her the copy of the worker order . He just got in his truck and drove away. We then called a real plumber out which had to dig up a portion of our driveway to get the coil out . Long story short drain medic would not take my wife's call outside of the first time saying they are not responsible . We spent 3200 to get their tool unstuck and dug up our driveway which will cost additional 2 - 3 k to resurface . So much for the simple 79 dollar job . What a nightmare of a company that could care less . Save your money and hire a real plumbing company to begin with , that will at least act like they care and not run away . Buyer beware !

Wanted to charge me 395.00 to unclog a kitchen sink. I went to Home depot and bought a 10.00 bottle of drano and it unclogged my sink in 20 minutes.
