Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Saint Louis MO
Day 3 in the new house and I hooked up the washer to find the faucet leaking from the handle. I erred on the side of caution and called in a professional. Mike came out the next morning, offered the least invasive solution, and walked me through some of the components of my plumbing. Super reasonable price for the work. Will definitely be my first phone call for any plumbing needs.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

He was able to help us out with our bathroom vent. My husband got stuck & we needed someone that could repair & get the job done. It worked out perfect! Fair price & good quality work!

McNeely & Son is truly a fantastic service. Last year on a holiday, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Being an individual with no skills or knowledge in this line of work, I dialed multiple companies freaking out and they said, we don't do work on holidays or our holiday rate is 4x. I then found McNeely and Son. The gentleman who runs the organization picked up immediately, was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes of being there, and fixed my AC efficiently. He even took the time to check and make sure there wasn't any residual moisture in my duct work from condensation build up. As far as I'm concerned, they have my business for life. I will be putting in a general maintenance request in the next few weeks to check on my furnace.

Performance Plumbing just put in a new bathroom for us in our finished basement. They did everything: plumbing, electric, drywall, and flooring. They even put in a closet! The guys were professional and efficient, and the price was right. I love my new bathroom!

Can't recommend Frank enough! He was able to come out the day after we called to look at a leak from our shower. He was very friendly and after looking over everything, he recommended that we try a small repair ourselves in lieu of paying him to do it. Frank said if that doesn't work, we should call again, as the situation will require more extensive work. We really appreciate his honesty!

Anton's completely misdiagnosed our unit. Kevin, the tech, told us the entire unit had to be replaced and quoted us 5K for a new Rheem. We got a second opinion and the contactor was replaced for $250 and it was as good as new. Anton's did refund me the $125 service call when I called to complain about their unscrupulous business practice. But no explanation for why their service tech missed an easy fix. I've chatted with other neighbors via local facebook groups and apparently this has happened to many of them as well. STAY AWAY from Anton's. They will try to cheat you out of your money. I would give a zero star if I could.

These guys are great. We joined the membership where they pm the HVAC in the fall and spring and you get a discount, half off service calls and 20% off parts and labor. Way cheaper than Jerry Kelly! And nice too. They wear masks are are quick and efficient. They also don't try to blow smoke up your butt and charge more for some obscure thing just to make a buck. We just got our noisy furnace problem fixed for $39!

Keith from Mr. Rooter was great!
He was early on my appointment which was great!
He had to remove a toilet and replace it with a new one.
It was 90 degrees outside, but I did my best to keep him cool.
Hard work putting in a heavy ceramic toilet. I have used Mr. Rooter
Before, and they are 5 stars on my list.
Keep up the exceptional work!

Appliance repair was ok. Expensive, but ok. Plumbing service; however, should be avoided until they can respond in a timely fashion. Company was willing to refund their service call fee when they couldn't get out to fix my problem timely, so they get a hat tip for that. They need to get a backup plumber to call when needed so they don't fail their new clients.

We've had these guys out for a few jobs since buying our house in Creve Coeur. They got the jobs done quickly and fairly priced - exactly what I'd hope for from my plumber! Will definitely be using them for our upcoming hot water heater replacement and pressure regulator value replacement.

We already belonged to the club for furnace and A/C where they come out twice a year and clean the unit and check it. When the technician came out and serviced the furnace, we signed up for the plumbing club as well, as we are above 70 years of age and repairs are not easy for us. After a few months I noticed our water bill creeping up a little, not a lot, by a few dollars more each month. At about the same time Tiger called and said that it was time for the plumber to come out and do whatever it is that they are supposed to do, check for leaks and drain the water heater. While the man was here I mentioned that the shower had a slow drip. He said they would have to tear out a wall and change everything over to copper pipe to stop the leak. (This home was built in the year 2000). I asked him how much it would be to install a new toilet that they would provide or procure. $400.00. Then I asked him how much it would be just to put new parts in the toilet tank to stop the slow leak. Same answer- $400.00, because they use the best parts. Then He told us that the leak may actually be between the water meter and the house. They may need to dig up the yard and if I don't sign up for it today it will be much more expensive later. By the time he got through he quoted more than $8,000.00 for fixing a leak in the shower, and a trickle in the toilet, possibly install a new toilet, digging up the yard and repairing a fictitious leak and installing a shut off for the water heater. I told him I had no idea that it would cost so much, and there is no way we are able to agree to that amount.
My pastor was a contractor for many years . I explained this all to him. He told us that all that needed to be done to stop the very slow leak in the shower was to pop off the covers on the faucet handles, use a screw driver to remove the parts, take them down to Ace and buy new washers. And as for the slow leak in the toilet, buy a new flapper. So-we did these things for under $20.00 and fixed the leaks.
We had called the city to come out and check if their meter was accurate because we were concerned that perhaps there really was a leak either before the meter, or between the meter and the house. The meter was fine. So then I called a home improvement company we trust. He found no leak anywhere outside the home. All the leaks are fixed, and we are cancelling membership in both clubs
And oh, BTW, the man from Tiger did not even drain the water heater like he said he came to do. So we have been paying month after month for nothing.

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!
Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.
I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.
Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!
I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.
I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.
Let's hold contractors like elite Home services accountable for their poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their services. We deserve better! Spread the word and help others avoid falling into the same trap. Together, we can make a difference!
