Like everyone in town, the recent torrential rains caused problems at our home. The rains shorted out a landscaping light which cause a section of our home to go dark. We called for an electrician and the dispatcher rearranged the schedule and sent three of their guys out within a couple of hours who quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to restore power.

The response time was amazing, the guys took care not to track dirt into our home. The charge was more than fair, particularly given how quickly the company responded and the text notices, informing me of their arrival time.

This is my new go-to firm for everything HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. No need to call anyone else.

This was probably the worst customer service experience I have had in a while. I woke up Thursday morning to discover my 4 year old furnace, which Anton's installed, quit working. I called and Technician #1 came out. He said theparts he needed to repair it were not available in town I would have to wait until Friday for repairs. Technician #2 came out Friday afternoon and repaired the furnace. I woke up Sunday with no heat. Technician #3 came out pretty quickly and said I had a drainage issue that he couldn't repair until the following day but he had rigged something up that would keep it going overnight. However about after an hour after he left the furnace quit working again.. It was a really cold night. They called me early on Monday and said someone would be out later that day-they couldn't give me a time estimate at all. Technician #2 back came at 4pm and said the issue was something totally different than what the Sunday technician had said. Since the warehouse closes as 4:30 he couldn't get parts until the next day. He THOUGHT he had fixed it well enough to last over night but he couldn't be sure. I was not happy that I was being told 2 totally different things by 2 different guys. I called the answering service and asked to speak to a supervisor. Technician #1 called me back and said it looked like Technician #3 was totally wrong and someone would be back to fix the problem that Technician #2 had diagnosed.  Luckily the temporary repairs held and I wasn't cold that night. Again the next day they couldn't tell me a time someone would come. Technician #2 came back about 2:00 BUT HAD THE WRONG PARTS!  He had to drive somewhere to pick them up and come back. I feel very uncomfortable that we were told different things by different people. I am just hoping these repairs hold. I would encourage you to find someone else to repair your furnace.

I agree on wanting to give zero stars if possible. My wife called them because they were very close and local. They did come promptly but the whole process seemed to take way too long. Was told that my motherboard/controlboard was out and maybe the transformer. Initially told the repair would be 'a thousand dollars' - which seemed extremely high since both parts in question could be bought on amazon for less than $200 total. We then waited while a ridiculous amount of paperwork was written up seemingly for the purpose of catastrophizing the repair in an attempt to sell a whole new system to us. When we actually looked at the quote for the repair the total was more than $1400?!?!? This was so preposterous in and of itself but then they tried to set up another 'two-hour' consultation the next day regarding a completely new system. When I called to cancel the silly appointment I had to ask 4-5 times to actually get them to cancel it. I will never call this company for anything again. The worst part is they charge $99 for the service visit which i wish i could ask for back but they did come to my house and they were actually correct that the motherboard and transformer were dead. I called a second highly rated company for a second opinion and got the repair done immediately for less than $400
