This company has earned my business for life! Three years ago, my wife and I bought an older home. While we absolutely love our home, it has come with a slew of plumbing issues. We finally came across an issue that, we believed, was serious enough for a professional. We called Ed Bellm, who have served our area for well over 50 years.
Upon our original consultation, things weren't looking good--it seemed our plumbing concern (a corroded copper water stack) was going to cost us a great deal of money. When Chris, the company's owner, came out to give us an estimate for the work, he found that our water stack was not affected, but we simply need to attend to some atypical piping from the home's previous owners. He fixed us up right there and charged us nothing for his visit.
The company could have went ahead with their original estimated work, made a hefty profit from us, and moved on--but they chose to be honest and have now earned our trust and business for the rest of the time we'll own this home.
We couldn't be happier and highly recommend their business.

This company did all of our plumbing in our new build. We thought we had a water leak so we called the water company to come and check into it. The water company said that they couldn't get a good gauge on it because the meter was way too low and filled with sludge. They told us to get it fixed. I have been trying for almost 9 months to get that fixed. We also have a sewage smell coming from one of our sinks in our master bath. It has smelt like that off and on since we moved in. I have called and left countless voicemails and sent messages. No one will call or message back and unfortunately our builder is of no help. I would avoid using this company.

The team at Inspector Plumbing is great! Michelle does an exceptional job at assessing your needs, answering your questions and dispatching the right technicians for your service. Scott is a master of his trade, knowledgeable and priority driven; makes himself available to his staff and customers. The technicians are incredibly polite, friendly, informative and skilled. They make sure to wear masks, booties and thoroughly clean up their work space before leaving. Upon presenting service invoice the services are reviewed and explained and if follow up services are suggested an estimate is sent to you. Just an all around wonderful customer experience.

Almost called one of the 24 hour companies to fix a problem. SO glad I called Redington and took their advice to have them come early the next day! They are a family company and you can tell by the nice guys who work there. Saved a ton, professionally fixed now and I didn't have to worry about who was in my house. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else - Thanks so much!

I've been utilizing Anton's for my personal and investment property and have always been satisfied with their operation and quality of service.
I recently engaged Anton's for a service call at a duplex and it was carried out quickly and for a reasonable diagnostic fee. The specific technician, Mark A, was both professional and courteous.

Robbie came out to check why my hot water heater wasn't keeping hot water properly. He found a bad element and advised that both elements should be replaced at the same time especially since it was probably still under warranty. Instructed me on contacting the manufacturer to get replacements. I received my replacement parts and Robbie came back out to install the elements. During both visits Robbie was very courteous and answered all my questions. Thanks AAA and Robbie

I called Embrich Plumbing to service my water heater. The person who answered my call was friendly and accommodating. The technician that came to my home (Chase) was very polite and knew his stuff. He installed a new A.O. Smith water heater and he did a great job with the installation. It was very clean and professional work and was done quickly. I plan to use them again if I have any plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work Embrich Team!
Other notes, I was able to pay with a credit card on an Ipad in my home, the company truck was clean and looked professional and the plumber was dressed professionally (I wanted to point these things out because it is not always the case and I appreciated it).

If I could give no stars to rate this company, I would. We called Tiger to get an estimate for repairing a wiring problem in our garage. The gentleman who has been our electrician for the past twenty years is recuperating from surgery and is going to be out of commission for awhile, so he suggested we call someone else for this job unless we wanted to wait until this fall. My husband found Tiger on Home Advisor and set up an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate. Our regular electrician had come out prior to having surgery, told us what needed to be done and given us a high-end estimate of $500. for the repairs and said the total time to make the wiring repair would be a day at the most and we would be without household power for several hours.
After hearing Tiger's estimate, we've chosen to wait until our regular electrician has recuperated....
The representative from Tiger gave us a low-end estimate of $9800. and a high-end estimate of $11,000. He told us we would need to have our entire attic rewired and be grounded in case of a lightning strike during a storm because it was a fire hazard. Problems with this statement were: 1. Our regular electrician rewired the attic 15 years ago and our house has already been equipped with protection in case of a lightning strike. 2. The representative didn't even go into our attic, so how could he know it was a fire hazard? and 3. What does the attic wiring have to do with the garage? He also told us we needed to replace our electrical panel in the basement if we wanted to sell the house. When I said we had no plans to sell the house, he came back around to the fire hazard statement.
In regard to a time frame, we were told the job would take three days and we would be without power for an entire day during that time frame.
On top of what we felt were high pressure sales and scare tactics, we were told we really shouldn't consider any other companies because they often hire paroled convicted felons and Tiger refuses to do this (another scare tactic in my opinion). This statement made me very sad and angry. We have had parolees do work in our home and our property before and, obviously, we have not been murdered in our beds afterwards.
We told the representative we were going to get more estimates and if we chose Tiger, we would call.
After reading the other customer reviews on Yelp regarding the negative experiences, it is highly likely we will not.
