This is a long overdue review for Joedy and his team. He has helped us with numerous projects around our house, and as I sat down to get ready to call him this evening about another one... I realize I haven't done my due diligence in reviewing him!
We live in a Sacramento house that is over 100 years old. Joedy and his team came in and converted our nook into a nook + 1/2 bath (much needed in a 2/1), as well as updating some cabinets in our laundry room to give us some much needed pantry space. While he was here he even looked into a problem we were having with our roof, and took care of it for us.
His quotes were fair and always came in accurately. His timelines were spot on. He was communicative, responding to texts and patiently answering all of our questions, and most importantly - we trusted him in our home. Additionally, all of the projects he worked on he was very careful to consider the original charm of the home and ensure that it was still featured.
We recommend Joedy to any of our friends looking for a contractor, and if he can't fix the problem/project, he will refer you to someone who can.

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did. I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away. I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen. As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed. A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great. I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed. In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Andreas did a excellent job on our fence repair and facilitated open lines of communication about the project and its details. If needed, I intend to use him again for repairs at our property. His prices are competitive, so I recommend you get a quote from him.

We were looking for someone to install a garbage disposal and came across this company. i called and received an over-the-phone estimate, which was nice, and found that they had a Groupon. Once we made the appointment, we purchased the Groupon and all the necessary equipment so we would only pay him for labor. Our appointment time passed. We called to find out what the hold up was and the guy didn't answer. We left a message for him to call us ASAP because we had things to do (that's why you make appointments!). He never called back. We called back again and no answer. Finally, after an hour of waiting, we called and left him a message (because he STILL didn't answer) telling him we no longer required his services. The guy was nice on the phone when I got the estimate, but clearly has poor work ethic. i wouldn't recommend this company.

Robert was on time and quick. He was reasonably fast, way under an hour. He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers. I definitely would recommend him.

We recently got the master bathroom remodel we've always wanted--but way sooner than we thought. We had some gradual water damage, and were worried that it was a lot, since we saw signs of it on the floor and the shower wall. We spoke with a few contractors, but Dave's calm, down to earth manner, and his vast knowledge told us he was the right one. His quoted price was fair as well, and the project stayed within that budget.
Once he and his brother Keith tore everything out, we found that the damage wasn't as bad as feared, and easily fixable. The installation of our old jetted tub, decades ago, was the cause. He replaced the damaged part of the plywood subfloor, and took measures to ensure that water would not be able to travel down or up through the subfloor. He also used products that created a reliable moisture barrier around the walls and floor of the new shower enclosure. I really appreciate his attention to the structural part of this job, the part that you don't see, but is critical to the success of a bathroom.
Once the structure was rebuilt, he then created a beautiful bathroom. Created a new shower enclosure, with a bench seat and wall niche (for soap, shampoo, etc.). Moved the drain to the center. Installed two kinds of tile on the walls, and a third one on the floor. Installed all hardware. Redid the entire bathroom floor tile. Installed a new toilet, with a bidet seat (hey, we decided to go a bit upscale). Installed a brand new bathroom fan (we wanted to get rid of steamy mirrors and protect our investment). The standout part of all this was his attention to detail, and fit and finish. Completely professional and modern.
Dave worked well with the Sacramento County inspector too, to make sure that everything is up to code--although Dave's work already is up to code. He didn't need to be told what to do. He also recommended a great glass company to put in the glass door enclosure for us, and a great resource for tile, Floor And Decor.
On a side note, Dave was downright fun to work with too. He's got a great sense of humor, which is a plus when you're working through something as invasive as a bathroom remodel. We ended up with a master bathroom that is a real showpiece. I will happily recommend David Wilson Construction to anybody who needs work done in their home.

Warren is the real deal! He is an incredibly effective and reasonably priced handyman. Warren arrived punctually and got through over 8 different items on my list in less than half a day. Warren fixed two gates, repaired lawn sprinklers, installed LED light fixtures, replaced door knobs, and put in a new doorbell lickety split. He did all of this at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you 55 dollar repairs!

Old fence posts and a cranky gate are already a distant memo after the competent, professional and agreeable efforts of a Caldwell Construction crew ably led by the personable owner William Caldwell. Highly recommended for any task and every need.
