Had a plumbing issue...asked for recommendations...had 6 bids...this AWESOME plumbing company came through!!  They didn't come in with a lower bid, they came in EDUCATING us on the issue AND offered us multiple options with the outcome each would have.  Very appreciated!!  They saved me literally THOUSANDS!!  GOD BLESS THEIR BUSINESS!!  Highly recommended!!  We flowin' now baby!!

First, the good.  Darrell is here right now and he is professional and courteous. He identified the leak problem in one of our bathrooms within 5 minutes.

Now, the bad.  I don't know how these plumbing companies get so many good reviews on Yelp, except that people are willing to pay $$$ more than they should.  Or, maybe they are 1st time home owners and don't know any better. I first contacted them through Yelp and they got back to me immediately to set up an appointment.

Day of appointment - No show.  I message them and they immediately start calling and messaging me.  I couldn't do the appointment at the times they wanted later that day and let them know it. We set up another appointment.

Second appointment - I get a call an hour before the end of the window when were supposed to show.  Their pipe camera was broken and they asked to reschedule.  I explained that this was a huge pain and ate up another day of waiting around.  No apology, no offer in price reduction, nothing.

Third day.(same window 9 am- 11 am)  I get a call at 10:24 letting me know that the camera is not ready and they won't be here til the afternoon.  Door bell rings at 2:25 and Darrell is here. He identifies the first problem.  Needs two new faucets, supply lines and angle stops.  $815 is the estimate WITHOUT parts, which I would need to buy myself at Lowes. Then, he takes a look at our second bathroom.  The quote I get to have a camera down the pipe is $325.  That is just the cost of running the camera. I didn't even ask for an estimate on the rest of the work that would be needed for that bathroom.

The big picture- If you have only one bathroom and/or an emergency, any plumbing company is going to rake you for $$$.  We have 3 bathrooms, so we are not in that situation.  This company is no different than any of the other big plumbers in the area (meaning that they charge too much) except that they respond to your Yelp message immediately.  Now, I understand that everybody needs to make a living and I don't fault them for that.  However, that doesn't mean that I have to overpay either.  And to be fair, Darrell did contact the boss after I complained and he agreed to lower the price to $593 from $815.  No thanks.

My next step is to call my buddy who knows a guy.  He does quality work at a fair price, but on his own time-line.

If I could hire Darrell as a side job then I would, but I am not going to pay that much for the installation of two new faucets.  My advice to Darrell is to leave VanGo and start doing jobs for a fair price.  I know I would hire him!

Making an appointment was seamless. Charles is great about responding and communicating effectively. I had a blocked drain from dishwasher connection so the water was not draining properly and came out through the air hole on the sink. Charles explained clearly what was happening and fixed the problem at that first visit. Thanks again!

We were.pleased with the quick response and the customer service.  William was our technician and he explained the job in detail, took photos to verify the issues.  The price was competitive and we felt reassured that the work was done correctly.  We will definitely use Zoom and William  again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Oh dear!  One step towards the windows in the family room and I could feel an ominous squish under my feet.  The carpet is definitely not supposed to feel that way!  Evidently there was a leak in the water heater compartment that was coming through the floor in two rooms of the house.  Panic ensued as it was Friday morning and I did not know who to call.  Leo of Precision Plumbing to the rescue!  He was at my home within minutes of my call and had the problem diagnosed and corrected within a short time.  Before he left, the water was turned back on and I was back in business.  Thanks Leo for responding so quickly and professionally!

Although I did not use their service, Ted was very professional, and gave me the appropriate advise. I would certainly use them for my plumbing needs because instead of doing a replacement project on my water heater they guided me towards what I really needed to achieve my goals. Ted gave me his phone number to call and his advise was on point, seemed very personable as well. Really appreciate the honest advise and pleased with the experience.

If you're ever in need of a plumber, I highly recommend Ducks Plumbing, Heating and Air. I have used Ducks a few times now for help unclogging drains and most recently, replacement of my hot and cold water lines. Every time I've worked with both Alex and Berto they have responded quickly, provided reasonable quotes, thoroughly explained what the issue was and how they would fix it, and delivered high quality work. I'll be using Ducks for all of my future plumbing, heating and air needs.

I had two jobs done by this company.The first was intallation of a clean out for a sewer lateral.Idug the hole, Ben did the work then  I filled the hole.I liked that we worked together to find a cheaper solution. About a year later,I had a water heater installed. Again they worked with me to get it done as cheap as possible with AMERICAN PARTS. I will use them again.

Joe, scheduled an appointment with me for today Friday March 23rd. He came on time and got the job done. He was super efficient and actually his pricing was unbeatable gave me a better price than originally quoted. Definitely recommend Joe for any water heater needs hands down the best!!

Two weeks ago I heard the toilet water still running several minutes after I had flushed it. After removing the cover, I could see the plug wasn't staying in place. I held it down for a minute, then it stayed in place, and no more running water. But I didn't want to do that every time I flushed. So I called Oly (business owner) at Detail Plumbing, and told him the problem. He asked me to send a video of the inside of the tank right as I flushed it. He came out a day and a half later with the new parts, and fixed it in less than 30 min. Left the work area immaculate.
Two days ago while out in my back yard washing window screens, I noticed water leaking out of the pipe joint under the faucet. I turned it off, and remembered to turn off the water line. I, of course, called Oly. I told him the problem and sent him a video. He came out today, and fixed it. He does great work, is reasonably priced, and leaves every immaculate when he's done. I wouldn't call any other plumber. Thank you Oly for taking care of both my plumbing issues!
