I reached out to Jason and his team did an excellent work installing pumps and redoing some shady electrical work that was under my deck.  They worked under terrible weather during the December storms and were very professional during the entire process.  Cleanup was detailed and the end result was solid.

This review is So LONG overdue.....I found Jaz Developments through Yelp about 1 1/2 years ago.   My husband and I moved back into the house that I grew up in .  The house was built in 1958 so needless to say my list of home improvement was a mile long.   First project:  I had them install Bamboo hardwood flooring throughout the entire house and also knock down a wall to create a pass through between living room and family room.   I also had a lot of heavy junk in my backyard that they offered to haul away free of charge!  I was so impressed with their professionalism and exceptional work ethics.   I loved them so much that since then I had them back to replace all interior doors, closets and remodel three complete bathrooms.  
There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found Joedy, Ricardo, Blake and the rest of Joedy's exceptional crew.   The pleasure was all ours.  Thank you guys SO MUCH from the bottom of our hearts.

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Caldwell Construction is an awesome company that produces high quality work. Steven is a top notch general contractor and project manager. His communication skills are superb, and he and his team did a phenomenal job with a bathroom remodel, new living room floors, drywall replacement, as well as smaller repairs at our house. Steven is great at managing expectations, anticipating issues before they occur, and navigating delicate situations. He is also very responsive and his entire team is very hardworking and professional. We're so glad that we found a great contractor like Steven who can work with us to get us exactly what we wanted and stay within our budget. I've been recommending Steven to all my friends, and in fact have projects lined up already this year that I'd like to hire him for. Thanks again for the great work!
