Duane and his crew are the BEST plumbers in town! I had a major incident the day before 4th of July. They came out the same day and fixed everything. After, I thought I heard some leaking, and they came out two times, just to double check everything and provide me with reassurance. They are very knowledgeable, highly professional and have reasonable pricing. I would call the guys first, if you need a plumbing job done. Highly recommend them!!

Two days ago, we started experiencing problems with our sewer line tied to a septic system. Searched Yelp, saw the reviews for this company and called right away. I am so happy we did! Our tech, Jacob C., came that same day and within the time frame given. He immediately identified the problem and got started right away on getting our line unclogged. In no time flat, our line was cleared to our great relief. We appreciated not just the value of the service in terms of cost, but also how helpful Jacob C. was. Not only was he professional, he was also very nice and friendly and gave us helpful tips for the future. All around a very positive experience and outcome to a stressful situation. We will be sure to give JC a call should we encounter similar problems in the future.

I needed a plumber to unclog my bathtub drain since the de-clogging agent I poured down the drain did nothing.  Not only did the plumber clear the drain pretty quickly, he also gave me a recommendation for a drain clearing agent that I can use preventively, which I really appreciated!

Oh dear!  One step towards the windows in the family room and I could feel an ominous squish under my feet.  The carpet is definitely not supposed to feel that way!  Evidently there was a leak in the water heater compartment that was coming through the floor in two rooms of the house.  Panic ensued as it was Friday morning and I did not know who to call.  Leo of Precision Plumbing to the rescue!  He was at my home within minutes of my call and had the problem diagnosed and corrected within a short time.  Before he left, the water was turned back on and I was back in business.  Thanks Leo for responding so quickly and professionally!

Ted was awesome. We had an emergency hot water heater issue, so I requested a Yelp quote. Ted responded very quickly, and he was very up front about his very reasonable installation and removal rates. We got a couple other quotes but Ted's was the best. He was able to show up the next day and did the work quickly and professionally. He left the area clean and tidy and even took the old water heater with him. I highly recommend Ted's Plumbing!!!

Terry timely arrived on time at my residence to provide me with a quote to repair a suspected deteriorated gasket that caused a water leak from the bathtub to a room downstairs. The quote for such repair, among other things, was reasonable. I decided to contract with Greer and Terry returned on time and quickly repaired the suspected deteriorated gasket, and cleaned up the remnants. When we pointed out that one of our toilets flush handles was defective, Terry said it just needed a new assembly and proceeded to fix it, even though it wasn't part of the contract.  Terry was professional and went over and beyond, so we will be using Greer again for future plumbing issues.

I called Joe around 10:00 on a Saturday morning and just told him my water heater was broken. Within two hours he was at my house, when he said he would be there, and had the problem fixed. The price was reasonable. He is honest, personable, and even explained what had happened and why so I could keep it from happening in the future. Stilwell Plumbing will be my first call the next time an appliance breaks down.

My 90 yr old dad had been working with American leak detection Roseville for several months. They charged him multiple times. Long story short, leaks never fixed. Office manager made every excuse possible. Owner never responded when questioned about unprofessional workmanship. Bullseye leak detection assessed the situation and fixed everything in 2 days. Don't trust American leak detection or their reviews.

These guys just came out to hook up our kitchen sink and appliances after a counter top install. They were so nice and efficient! Clearly extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that customer service is important to them. I will definitely be calling Figs for any future plumbing related needs!

EUREKA!!!!  I finally found my plumber!!!  I had been searching for a plumber for a while now for a couple projects.  This first time was to address a backed up drain.  Doug called me and let me know he could be at my house earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was an added bonus.

He came over and assessed the issue.  He is very knowledgeable and professional!  He provided me with details around my immediate problem and also advised of other issues that would need to be addressed in the future.  I also asked him for estimates for my upcoming projects, and he was happy to provide them the same evening.  

Doug is an honest and reliable, and did a great job quickly and for a very reasonable price.  Highly recommend and will be using him for my other projects.  Thanks Doug!!!  So thrilled to have found you and that you are in my neighborhood!

I called detail plumbing to come out to replace pipes and garbage disposal and they did a great charge. I definitely will recommend and use them as my plumber services. They are very reasonable as well. I have no complaints and thank you.

We had a leak in our pool so I called around to see what my options were. I sent a message to Pacific Coast Leak Detection and Colin responded quickly. He was very professional and accommodating. He was prompt to set up an appointment. Loved his communication via text to let us know when he was in route and everything was was in writing. He showed up right on time and the job was done efficiently and quick. I would highly recommend Pacific Coast Leak Detection.  Great price also!

I had Boyd come out before to do service for me. Unfortunately, the person who came out did not do as I had asked, and unfortunately it cost me more money than it should have been. The next day a representative called me to see how things had went. Once I told her the situation and how dissatisfied I was, she said she would relay the message to the Owner. He did call me and offered to make things right so I would be satisfied with company. Needless to say 8 months later I had a clogged toilet and called them to explain the previous situation and If they could come out and make things right this time. They came out within a few hrs and I was very satisfied with them keeping their word and providing excellent service. I would use them again!

Our back to back shower / tub Delta style faucets needed to be replaced.  In the process of removing one, technician sheared off the mechanism, so enclosure needed to be opened up for access. so that entire system could be replaced.  We opted to go for more traditional hot / cold / diverter system.  Although company wanted to sell us new tub enclosure, we deferred, saying we wanted to shop for full remodel, perhaps Travertine  stone surround.  We asked for the faucet replacement, and we'd close up fiberglass surround temporarily with acrylic plate.  

However, as pictures show, the faucets were not installed horizontally level, and out of alignment with tub faucet.  See pictures

Lack of craftmanship, just crap-manship for $1200.

additional remodel will require additional plumbing fix.

After seeing good reviews, contacted Pocket Plumbing for a second opinion on work recommended by another plumbing company. Charles was very helpful and honest about the work that did and did not need to be done. His prices were significantly less overall. We put in a tankless water heater and he stayed late the night before Thanksgiving to get it done for us. Will definitely be using him for all of our plumbing needs.
