Michael from 911 Restoration Sacramento came to our home after the storm.  We had wall damage and carpet damage.  He left us with the fans and the machine that sucks up and drain the moisture out of the walls and floor.  He measured the water in our walls and floor and the level was ridiculous.  After almost awhile he came back measure again and eve was completely dry.  While Michael was out on other jobs he kept in touch with us to see how everything was going.  We really appreciated that.  Michael is a very kind and knowledgeable person, knows his job very very well.  If anything like this ever happens again we will definitely call on 911 Restoration for help.

Worst interaction with a business of any kind I've had in years. The first time I called them they set an appoint window for the morning, called to change to the afternoon and never called or showed. Never any follow up whatsoever.
