I was taken for $400+ dollars for a job that was not completed and had to hire a real plumber to fix damage plus fix main issue damage ($800+) all in all lost $1200+ to get a main shut off valve installed.

Had Joedy and his crew install bamboo floors and some bathroom lights and vents. Quick response to my inquiry.  Easy to schedule and everyone arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with.  Added a few more items to the list and they never seemed annoyed or bothered by my requests.  Cleaned up every night before they left and their attention to detail and the fact that everyone was conscientious of their work and took pride in a job well done makes it easy to recommend JAZ Developments. My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Working with Andreas has been very good. He fixed an issue underneath my kitchen sink so my new dishwasher can be installed. When I called to tell him that there was a little leaking. He dropped what he was doing and came and assisted me. I would definitely use them again.

Robert was on time and quick.  He was reasonably fast, way under an hour.  He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers.  I definitely would recommend him.

David Wilson did a great job craftsman job renovating  our master shower after a water leak. we did not have to gut the whole master bathroom just  the shower due to his expertise  , fair priced.

Loved that he showed up in a mask , with covid going on safety is #1 he did a great job would highly  recommend!

Caldwell Construction came to the rescue when I realized I had a leak under the bathroom and possible dry rot under the floor. William Caldwell scheduled well seasoned workers who did quality work for all the different stages of work needed to address the dry rot and refurbish the bathroom. Different workers came as scheduled in a timely progression for: demo, replacement of rotted floor timbers, floor tile, plumbing repair, installation of fixtures, finish carpentry, and touch-up painting. I was very grateful to have the work proceed as quickly as possible since I only had the one bathroom in my small house. William has a great group of people working for him.  All the workers, including people in the office were friendly, respectful and kind to this old lady. I found all the workers who came to my home to be trustworthy, on time, and hard working. They all did high quality work which was important to me, and cleaned up after them selves which was appreciated. My experience with Caldwell Construction could not have been better.
