Better B literally saved our lives!!

We are first time home buyers and were startled when we returned home from work one evening to find an immense amount of waste filling our guest bathroom toilet to the brim. We attempted to pump the toilet (in between fighting the nauseating smell) and after a few minutes we realized that this was not something we could fix. It was 7pm in the evening and there was no way we could let that filth sit all night so we hoped someone would take pity on us and come out for a night call. On top of that, we hoped this wasn't a major plumbing issue that would cost us a fortune considering we've lived here less than a month and haven't even paid our first mortgage yet.

The first company I called didn't even answer my call but sent me a text 30 minutes later telling me to call for an appointment tomorrow, the 2nd company told me they don't dispatch after 7pm because they stopped working by 8pm and my problem didn't sound like an easy fix, the 3rd company I called told me they worked by appointment only and had no appointments available until Friday.

After lighting every scented candle I could find, I decided to make one more call before accepting defeat and sleeping in a gas mask. B answered the phone immediately and after listening to my disgusting description of what the problem was, he told me he'd be here within the 30 minutes! B was extremely professional and made sure I understood what he intended to do as well as provided me with a very reasonable quote. Within 10 minutes, B had our guest bathroom back to smelling flower fresh! There was no mess and he even took some extra time to explain what could've caused the clog as well as provided tips on how to prevent it in the future. What plumber gives you tips on how to prevent clogs when their whole business is built off clearing clogs?? An awesome plumber, that's who. We were petrified of it being a major plumbing issue but thanks to B, our minds were quickly put at ease. I will absolutely be using B again for all my future plumbing needs.

Just got yelp and needed a plumber.  These guys got good reviews.  Called Sunday afternoon about a blocked sink.  Again three hours later, giving same details all over again to the answering service.  24 hours later the company still hasn't called.  Not sure if this bad review applies to just Van Go (Van No Go?) or the rating system itself.

JC Sewer & Plumbing were recommended to me by someone who had used their services and were very pleased with the work they had done. I had multiple issues that needed attention.  The work was completed promptly and the cost was very fair and was exactly what was quoted to me. Everything was explained to me in language I could understand and I certainly would recommend this company and I certainly have found a plumber for life! They are the best!!

Charles stopped by to give me an estimate. He explained things to me in layman's terms. If I asked any questions he throughly explained what was going on until I got the picture. Very professional and speedy service. I highly recommend this company.

What a great plumber! We wrote to Kaelin through Yelp after 10pm on a Sunday, he responded instantly offering to show up right away. We asked if he could schedule us in for the morning which he did. The next day he texted before showing up and showed up right on time.

We ended up having a clogged mainline. He explained the problems really clearly and the cost to fix the issues. He was extremely polite, very honest, knew exactly how to fix the problem, and offered tips to prevent it next time. His cost was also very reasonable. Whenever we need a plumber in the future we will definitely go with Kaelin!

I had a clogged toilet (beyond my own ability) that needed to be fixed. I was contacted by Zoom right away & 3 hours later they showed up to fix it. Kyle and William showed up & fixed it within minutes! They both did a great job and would highly recommend this business. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was because it was pricey. $216 and it only went up from there if their industrial auger didn't work. Quick response, great communication and customer service though! Thank you

Called regarding a plumbing leak in the garage. Was supposed to come Friday. No call, no show. Arrived five days later unannounced and did not accurately diagnose the problem.

Ted's level of service is great! I had a 1950s bathroom sink vanity that was a monster of a job. Probably more than Ted initially anticipated, but he was happy to demo, customization of my new vanity and ensured plumbing updated appropriately. What I appreciated most he was so conscientious to clean as he worked, always made sure I was informed and comfortable with whatever changes he was making. Reasonably priced, and he arrived with a mask which is so kind and respectful as well. Like I said excellent service.

Alex from Ducks plumbing and Drain came out because my sewer line backed up and caused all my drains to stop working. I called Ducks plumbing and he came out immediately and clean d out my drain. He also ran a camera at no charge and found the old piping with tree roots. He gave us great options to repair our drain. The price was great and now we will have a good working sewer. I would recommend Ducks plumbing and Drain to anyone who wants an honest professional.

Again, have to concur with everyone else's response about this company. I called about having a leak in the bathroom near the toilet. They pleasantly answered the phone, sent someone out the same day, he fixed it on the spot, and now I can sleep at night! Thank you Greer plumbing!

Update *****I recently hired Joe to do some plumbing work (change out a hot water line, remove/install a dishwasher, unclog a shower drain, and fix a sink drain). As expected from my initial interaction with him, it was easy to schedule a service appointment. He showed up on time did the work quickly and thoroughly... and charged me A LOT LESS than other plumbers I had contacted for bids. He is ABSOLUTELY the real deal! Thanks Joe!!!

My wife and I discovered our living room ceiling was getting swollen by some sort of leak. Daniel and Johnny came over within hours and gave us   an estimate. They came over two days later and determined what the issue is. Daniel and Johnny do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. It's never a good evening when you hear dripping in your bathroom when nobody is in there and you discover the ceiling is pouring water onto the floor from the upstairs unit... Panic mode: you run upstairs to the neighbors who have no clue what is happening, convince them to turn the water off in their unit for the night (and brace for a busy next day...) Next day, Owner of upstairs unit called 2 plumbers who couldn't find anything wrong upstairs: their conclusion was a leaking pipe in between the walls! Called the HOA to find out what to do (they wanted to send their own plumber) and the insurance company to get advice, began to despair when I decided to try one more plumber. I was so lucky to find Oly on Yelp! He was here 10-15mn later and found the problem immediately: he fixed a pipe under the sink of the upstairs unit: 5mn later DONE!! Very reasonable price. After a whole day of worries, phone calls, and imagining the whole ceiling and walls needing to be opened, the insurance claim, and the mega invoice... What a relief! He gave me the best advice EVER when he was done and handed me his business card: Next time, call a REAL plumber directly. I will Oly! I promise!

Excellent customer service but come on guys $850 to install one toilet is extremely ridiculous. This company is highway robbery.

Every time I turned on the hot water, my kitchen faucet made this  rumbling sound and was losing water pressure. Ken and Cody, from a Better Plumbing Co, came out and quickly identify the problem and eliminated the rumbling sound. Ken was very professional and didn't want to charge me. I know I'll definitely be calling Ken for future jobs.

We've had an issue with the dishwasher airgap for over a month and my wife finally convinced me to hire a plumber to take a look. I wanted a local service so we could get more personalized service and Randy didn't dissappoint. Quick assessment, thorough service, and a fair price. What more could you ask for?
