Jason is my hero.  He responded to what I thought would be a quick job.  Hook up my gas dryer in my new house.  My dryer is pretty old and the old fittings on my dryer didn't fit the incoming gas line.  Jason went to the hardware store to get the parts he needed to get me hooked up.  He offered to replace my washing machine drain hose and ran out to the hardware store to get what we needed for that too.  I figured  he spent an extra 45 minutes running to the store and back.  He didn't charge me at all for the extra time...just the parts.  He told me to call him anytime I needed help and he was very sincere.  Good man all around.

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are to have worked with Joedy and his crew at JAZ Developments. We had a major leak in our home that resulted in needing not one, but two bathroom remodels, as well as a ceiling in desperate need of repair. He was a tireless advocate for us with the insurance company, documenting every last issue to ensure we would end up with a budget that reflected the repairs needed. From there, we worked collaboratively, Joedy with his calm, insightful, and thoughtful suggestions to stretch the budget, and me with a design plan that asked an awful lot. But JAZ Developments delivered. The process was as smooth as possible given we were doing major remodeling, and I arrived home every day to a house that was clean, cared for, and progressing! In a little over two months we were back in order and our bathrooms have never been more beautiful.
And additional and equally important note, the team that works for Joedy is awesome! Ricardo, the site foreman, is exceptional, and the other members of his team are just as terrific. We have two young children and not once did I ever hear an off-color word or cursing. They were respectful, thoughtful, and generous, going to far as to let our dog out to play and even bringing him a bone. Who does that these days?!

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Wow!  I am so glad I found Andres and Ygnacio.  I found All Around Handyman here on Yelp and reached out about some fence work. I needed to replace several sections and repair/reinforce some other areas of my fence.  I got a response in less than 30 minutes and sent pictures of the work. I was able to schedule time for the estimate just a couple of days later.  Communication was great throughout and they were both very thorough and fair in describing the options and costs for the necessary work.  Totally reasonable pricing, and again, with a good explanation of what was involved and included.  The work they did was fantastic and looks great.

These guys are efficient, professional, and also super friendly.  When they came out for the estimate I also had them look at one of my bathrooms for installation of a new vanity (They can do a huge variety of work). It's a tight space and they were clear about the limitations and possibilities.  Price quote for that was right in line with what I was expecting. I will definitely be reaching out again to have them complete that job and to look at some other projects I have been putting off.  I'm so happy to have made a connection with these two and their expansive skill sets!! After the last storm my fence and garage desperately needed immediate repair and Caldwell Construction came to the rescue. They responded quickly and treated me respectfully through the entire process.
Was able to schedule them for other fixes and they will forever be my go to contractors so I don't have to go through the stress of picking out someone to work on my house.
