I needed to remove the upper cabinets in my kitchen, remove the microwave range hood that broke down, and reposition a set of cabinets because the home builder installed it incorrectly.  Jason responded quickly to my Yelp request.  He and his helper arrived on time and finished the job in less than an hour.  They were professional, courteous, and tried to clean up after themselves but I stopped them because I'm too picky with cleaning.  I'm very satisfied with his work and just called him back to do some kitchen wall tile work and install a new range hood.  Jason knows how to do everything and a real nice person to work with.

JAZ development is a professional company with professional customer service. They do a thorough job from start to finish including cleanup. Cleanup is one of my pet peeves as it seems to be falling by the wayside but JAZ covers that as well. Friendly people who care about what they do!

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

We sent out a request for estimates to get three light fixtures replaced as our old ones were very rusty and worn out.  All Around Handyman was one of the first and most reasonable estimate we received.  Communication was very prompt and thorough.  This told me they absolutely care about their business and will value you as a customer.  

They arrived timely as promised, got to work and cleaned up after they were done.  I'm very happy with the work and care in replacing my light fixtures.  Per my husband, they are AWESOME!  These guys are incredibly efficient and professional.  Communication is definitely key when doing any kind of home repairs, and these guys stay on top of it.  You absolutely get the feel of them wanting to earn your business and letting their work speak for itself.  In fact, we will be utilizing them for more work on our house and will continue to do so.  I would definitely recommend this father and son duo to any one looking for handyman services.

The office set an appointment within 24 hours of sending them a message. William was on time and met me at the house. We walked though the house inside and outside. We sat down with a list I had previously made point by point. We had a fair bid 24-48 hours later and were able to sign the contract. He gave me a price for labor and estimate for materials. As he made purchases I paid those prices. No markups. Vickie in the office handles the billing. She was able to separate the labor and materials billing. This made it super easy to follow the costs.
Due to shelter in place orders we handled many items over the phone or email. He updated often and sent pictures. I spoke with others at the site and all were helpful and professional. They patched, painted, changed doors, updated, removed carpets, installed flooring demolished sheds, and so much more. They left the property clean inside and out. No complaints from neighbors.
