What is a nightmare about the 1st job? You never mentioned that before! That floor job was a simple one and it was finished in less than 20 minutes. I attached before and after floor pictures and described truthfully what happened later.
I have your original quote and all the texts to prove what I described. The quote for the two jobs was $450, including labor, $25 fan and $50 pickup from HomeDepot. You asked us to pay $150 deposit, then you asked us to pay an additional $100, a total of $250 for the floor job. In our text exchange (see attached), you confirmed adjusted price for the fan job, then never kept your promise. Instead, you made the excuse that you were busy and kept me waiting. Who is the liar?!

Walter is reliable, professional, and seems capable of doing anything regarding a home (and more!). He can repair or replace anything.  He has helped me deal with a complicated plumbing situation, floor repairs, carpet repairs, electrical repairs, and always leaves everything cleaned-up when finished.  He even put together some electrical-assist bicycles for me, when they came in a box, completely unassembled.  Walter is creative and brilliant, and I feel I can always count on him to find solutions that are beyond excellent.

Robert was on time and quick.  He was reasonably fast, way under an hour.  He managed to level and adjust all my built in closet drawers.  I definitely would recommend him.
