Best Toilet Repair in Riverside CA

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and Ezequiel responded super quick to the quote request and came out the next morning to do the repair. He was professional, punctual, very nice and the work was done perfectly. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of a handyman!

I've already written a review, but I want to say that 6-months after having A&A out to pump our septic, we had to call them out for emergency repairs of an offset pipe between our house and the tank (which unfortunately flooded some of our house). Not only did we get a call back the same day, but we got August himself to come and scope our tank to find the issue the same afternoon. His crew returned the next day to fix the problem and worked in the POURING RAIN!! Something I can say that not many companies would have done, and we greatly appreciated it. This is a small family-owned business but they sure do know how to get the job done, especially when it counts the most - thanks (AGAIN) all!!

The best I have found!  I had a faulty valve that needed to be replaced (requiring my driveway to be dug up and new concrete laid), a new bathtub set, toilet installed and all fixtures put in.  They did it all!!! The most honest guys I have ever met, and I have dealt with A LOT of construction/plumbing companies over the last couple of years .  They made me feel very comfortable with the sizable amount of work I was having done, great pricing and a joy to have around.   I already have my next job lined up with them.  It truly puts me at easy to know I have a plumber I can count on for any job and not have to worry about being done wrong or going broke.  They have earned themselves a customer for life!

Communication was great, they charged the quoted rate, & Jeff was on time & friendly! What more could you ask for? I was communicated updates throughout the day on their ETA, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Rocky Rooter & will be using them again if I'm in need of their services in the future!

We had a late night plumbing emergency. All of our drains were backed up and we couldn't flush the toilets.  I contacted a few places and Isaiah responded to my message in less than 10 minutes.  He had the most affordable pricing out of all of them and was able to come out in about 30 minutes.  He cleared out our drain and also did the camera just to make sure nothing was missed.  He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again if we have another plumbing issue.

I called Olson's Plumbing at 8 pm on Thursday night as I needed a main line cleanout done. First off, they answered the phone at that time, which was a pleasant surprise. They told me they would show up the next morning between 10 am and noon and sure enough, Alejandro pulled up at around 10:30.  Alejandro was professional and did a great job -- he double checked everything to make sure the problem was solved. Here's the other thing about Olson's: I've had plumbers who charge just to show up at my house! Olson's Plumbing doesn't do that. They are reliable, professional and always get the job done. I highly recommend Olson's Plumbing.

Outstanding experience. I had several smaller plumbing repairs that needed attention. It was not urgent so I was expecting to need to schedule something a week or two in advance. I called and spoke with Raeann. She was so polite and was able to schedule David to come by the next day. He was right on time and was able to complete all of the repairs. I was very impressed by their professionalism and attitude.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Arrived on time and quickly replaced a busted water heater.  Very friendly and professional.  Wore masks the entire time.  Would recommend for anyone needing a plumber.

I called Jay Taylor from Specialty Air to resolve an older heating issue I had.  Jay sent out Coy to look at the problem.  Coy came on time and was able to figure out the problem and resolve it.  I highly recommend Specialty Air.

What can I say? The man deserves his 5 star rating.  I reached out to him on Monday for a quote to install a ceiling fan and a chandelier.  He gave me a heads up that he was currently scheduling for a month out, but could come by in the afternoon to give me a quote. He texted me when he was on his way and after taking a look at the job (no new electrical wiring was needed, nor current fixtures to remove) he told me he could squeeze me in the next day.  He completed both jobs seamlessly today and I'm a happy camper.  Even better, he accepted Venmo for payment because I'm an millennial who never has cash.  Definitely will be calling him back for more projects in my new home.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

I have dealt with this company twice now. The first one was with our house; and then the next one with my neighbor.

Our house: these folks are amazing; punctual, clean and honest. They are the best in business!!! Can't say enough. Ryan followed up from Scott; amazing team. We also sensed that they are a great family.

Today:

Our neighbor is in Canada on vacation. Their elderly parents were baby sitting the house. Life had been great until they had a leak in the back yard. The flooding was quite evident! Obviously their panic and anxiety levels were very high. Needless to say that our neighbor friends traveling in Canada were beside themselves; tough spot.

Our son received the call from them.... we went to their house. It was time to call Scott Mcleod plumbing.

My wife and I called to get a tankless water heater quote from Gordon's family plumbing. We were replacing a 19 year old 50 gallon tank that was leaking from the bottom. John informed us of many options and recommended a brand (Navien 240) they like to use due to the reliability of the unit. He gave us the price of the unit and what rebates were available for us and scheduled us very quickly. He also explained everything that would be done to install the new unit. We texted John a photo of our current setup and he responded right away.
The day of the installation Scotty and Justin showed up to do the installation. These guys were awesome in so many ways. They were efficient and professional. Fun to be around and let me watch the progress as I was interested in how they were going to install the new water heater. Scotty walked me through how to do the yearly maintenance on the tankless heater. I have a 1910 craftsman home with old pipes and electrical. These guys are pros and worth every penny. I hope to have them out to do more work for me in the future. They even made paying them for the work super easy. I appreciate them all and how they conducted business!
